my mistake & called customer care but they did not had any guideline to cancel or to transfer to my Wife's jio number. During this Corona period where people are loosing their jobs. You guys are looting money which is not good at all and not expected from @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The reason why your jio fiber will not grow specially in Dehradun is because of your employees who are rude and slacking. They took my money 1 week ago and still have not installed the fiber connection. All employees and managers and the engineers are rude.

Also we can't be asked to use other options just because you chose to mandate card addtn under Cr crd option. the option must be provided
