    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup i ll sue u guys , this is the worst company i have been taking service from last few months , and after i have installed the jio fiber connection i have been raising complaints numerous times, facing video call issue, no coverage.

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either

    @JioCare why do you employ frauds who don’t visit the premise and then claim complaints are resolved. Since 5 days we are reaching out to your customer care and no solution is found. You guys want to charge full money and provide inadequate service… hope somebody takes note
