They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

During this wfh time how can you expect we to live without internet ?? Customer service is so pathetic they don't respond and no support at home . #IONinternet is best.

Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree
