    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    @JioCare Jio fiber internet is not working since 17th Jan 2022 as on date in sector 26 Vashi Navi MUMBAI. During this wfh time how can you expect we to live without internet ?? Customer service is so pathetic they don't respond and no support at home . #IONinternet is best.

    @JioCare this is an issue that I am facing since 2 days, continuous call drop issue. I have jio cellphone tower right up on my building terrace , whats the use of this equipment then? Visited jio store but that help was useless.

    @JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @JioCare need ur urgent intervention here- I have recharge with 666 thrice, due to some jii app issue twice refunded and 3rd time recharge process with wrong 601 pack. Connected with Cust team yesterday but the resolution was not satisfactory.

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    @JioCare JioCare Your "intermittent" issue might be new, but I’ve faced this for MONTHS. It has only gotten WORSE recently. This isn't a temporary glitch; it’s a permanent failure of service in Thimmanagaripalem. Stop the excuses and provide a technical resolution + SR number now!

    @JioCare Took Jio AirFiber connection after being shown Google Gemini + 5TB storage offer. Haven’t received anything yet, but you’re still advertising the same to new users. This is misleading and unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or stop promoting false promises.

    @JioCare Repeated generic replies without answering is not acceptable. I have asked multiple times about n78 (3500 MHz) status but got no clear response. Issue ongoing since 21 April near tower (300m). If no proper answer is given, I will escalate to Appellate Authority.
