    @reliancejio I am really sick of your call center, it does not allow to talk to your customer care officer, then what is the use of such call centers and if CCOs are not to interact with customers, what for they are being employed -call center must give option to talk to CCO

    @JioCare I don't why is JIO taking things for granted.Since last half a year I am complaining but no action .So if you want to get people frustrated and leave your service just tell this straight .Either yours or mine time is wasted.All the rest service providers have excellent network.

    @reliancejio I am facing issue of internet speed from April 01, same conveyed to Jio chat, no update till now. Tried to call customer care, asked 10 questions to me, replied calmly, suddenly during call customer care disconnected connection. No one is booking my complaint!! Jio👎

    @reliancejio I'm facing poor internet speed. Already told Jio chat 10 days ago, no improvement. Called 18008899999 call is disconnected by executive while continuing discussion. I have recording of call. It's totally pathetic!

    @JioCare I have changed to Jio with 1 year INR 1699 plan last month. Most of the time data service is not available.or every few minutes get disrupted. I am at CBD BELAPUR NAVI MUMBAI.Sector 11. Should I expect a response from you.
