    @reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare last 1 week JIO network is not working properly in bandra west waterfiled raod. For your reference i am adding my current location.pls update on the same why we are not getting best network .

    Complaint @fiberJIO @reliancejio @JioCare very poor support after Jiofiber installation. Landline haven’t been installed till date. I am keep on calling your employees but no response. You just want quantity but no quality support. Please make it asap 9713108070

    @JioCare I was talking to one of your customer care representative, even then was unable to talk to them properly. Call doesn't drop however voice is not audiable.

    @JioCare @JioCare U don't serious about ur service. I complaining from more than 6 months but ur answer is " We are Expanding Our Network " but I didn't received good network in my home area and the work area. I wasted my money in in Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence is not providing good service, deducting my balance again and again. And the customer care executive is just making bakwas excuses not resolving my issue. Very bad service. @reliancejio is better than @airtelindia .

    @reliancejio @JioCare fiber net is down from past 12 hours in Sector 46, noida. Nothing has been done so far. I complained of a dns issue with a website and now nothing works. It shows red light blinking continuously.

    @reliancejio I've been complaining about my slow internet speed since yesterday. There has been no action taken from jio. When I contact jio care they say that its due to large no of users. My mother is also a jio user and it's working fine!! Quit giving excuses @JioCare !!

    @JioCare it's been 2 weeks now since i got Jio fiber. I have issue with VPN that i already reported right after the connection. My internet stops working while connected to VPN. This problem is not with other networks. Even my friends who got Jio fiber recently facing same issue.
