@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

@reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

I have faced worst experience with @JioCare broadband service in bhopal. I raised the complaint 4 days back but still not solved the problem. Today I'll going to disconnect the Wi-Fi.
