@reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

@JioCare @DoT_India 2. when i cross checked him, why u given me a postpaid instead of prepaid, he said before 3 days of expiry you can recharge and it will automatically convert into prepaid. I doubt him, called customer care about this incident and asked them to convert post paid into prepaid.
