They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

During this wfh time how can you expect we to live without internet ?? Customer service is so pathetic they don't respond and no support at home . #IONinternet is best.
