I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

So pathetic when you call customer care number it gives automated reply saying Experiencing temporary network congestion in your area and disconnects the call without connecting to support.
