    @JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

    @JioCare need ur urgent intervention here- I have recharge with 666 thrice, due to some jii app issue twice refunded and 3rd time recharge process with wrong 601 pack. Connected with Cust team yesterday but the resolution was not satisfactory.

    @vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

    @reliancejio worst network in uran Navi Mumbai your network almost goes twice a week I don’t know what’s the prob when you’ll charge so much on your recharges kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I’ll change my network

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Due date is 30th but autopay is triggered on 29th midnight; on failure services get suspended immediately, even incoming impacted. Earlier due date was 7th, later changed causing hardship. No complaint path for billing cycle correction.

    @JioCare my phone was connected with wifi entire day and when i switched to mobile data for just 10-15 minute i received message of 100% data exhausted. Very strange and bad experience if this continues i will port to other provider
