    @JioCare still my issue has not been resolved. When you call at customer care only thing you'll get to hear from them is "we are working on it" we have noted your complaint, so many people are using the Internet at same time from this area..that's why your intenet is not working.

    @JioCare I have opted to move back to prepaid because of your bad services and after that I was being harassed by the customer care team of Jio to move back to postpaid when I gave the confirmation that I won’t move back to postpaid. Please take proper action and don’t harass us.

    @WileyMoni @JioCare @reliancejio Totally agree. Support is never part of their business ethics. Reliance always always keeps eyes n mouth close when it comes to support.Once u get anything from Reliance,their job is done lol. It's ur problem if u expect any support from them.
