@JioCare am getting 2g speed for last 4 months despite having 4g Volte connection. Chat option is even not loading. Upload speed is 0.2 Mbps only. No option to connect to agent. I even can't load Jio app DM hasn't received any reply for last 4 days. Services seem.slow like speed.

@reliancejio worst service being provided. Internet isnt functioning from last 3 days. The resolution time is just adding up each day.the call center number isnt putting up with any executive and only automated machines. Very bad service
