    @JioCare When it I’ll shot out from past 1 week your customer care were saying it I’ll be fixed in to 3 to 4 hours and daily 1.5 gb is getting waste without any reason

    @JioCare i am customer of jio net work. Using fiber net. For 21days we could not get connection. Restored last week and get connection. Then agian problem. Tuesday. Then connected yesterday. Now failure. What's going on net work. Poor response and maintenance. No customer care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio anyone who has jio fiber and has their internet issues not resolved for >3 days , cancel your connections and move to consumer court. Their liable for not providing serviceand causing a loss in time and money. Those who don't have connections, don't get one.

    @JioCare 14th july22 at 9:15am , a lady was there also she didn’t answer me while asking her name also n I have called from my no 8987605605. Very rude behaviour of customer care, it’s seems Team leader or incharge not monitoring and they don’t have any fear from anyone.
