No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

If this is the level of after sales service @reliancejio provides, then honestly, it has been one of my worst customer experiences. 4 complaints in 4 months, and still no proper resolution. Absolutely disappointing.
