    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    Unfortunately my issue remains unresolved from last Thursday. Eventually I am cancelling my subscription and opting out from Jio. Once again no offense to you all here but it is the pathetic support I received. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    @JioCare @Prabu_S_P Do they do it purposefully? Seems based on work allocation they are paid. I faced the same issue 4 months back..they came to Rectify my neighbor line and disturbed mine line

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare @JioCare I have received your team's response, but the problem remains unchanged. Please let me know when the "No Internet Connection" issue that occurs during the evening and night hours will be resolved. Customers need solutions, not just ticket numbers and standard replies.

    @JioCare Your person visits after 3 working days and still says issue cannot be resolved. Wat about the problem we face due to your lacking to resolve it. Landline is not working, internet is not working.We are loosing business because of it and worst of all, no one to hear our problems

    @JioCare Every time I contact customer care, I'm simply told that my request is "not eligible for a refund," but no one can explain why. If I'm not eligible for a refund, then at least provide the service. Your team has refused that as well.

    @JioCare My internet is very slow, and the TV keeps freezing and lagging. It works fine for one day, and then the speed drops again. Please fix this. Also, I haven't received my refund yet, which has been pending since 11th June. Please look into this immediately.
