    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare I recharged for Rs.251 pack instead of Rs.249. Can you please help me in updating the pack. Rs.251 seems to be a data pack where I'm already in a 3GB/day data pack and I don't need further data packs.

    @JioCare Again there is no date commitment from your side. Soon means NOTHING for me. If you cannot commit a date it means your team is not confident is managing customer expectation

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare jiofiber internet is not working since last 2 days. Already raised a complaint regarding this and appointment fixed at my premises by yesterday 2-4pm,but no show,again i called your CC, they are telling person will come on 27th oct?? Seriously? 20 days? Even in chennai?

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @reliancejio @flameoftruth I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber.I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products

    Worst experience with @JioCare Applied for Jio Fiber on 19th April and made the payment. On 20th April, your installation guy came and clearly said there is no network coverage in my area and promised a refund within 5–10 days. It’s been more than 15 days now and still no refund

    @JioCare If you look, that service request also got resolved on its own. Bhai kab tk ullu banaoge tum log? Me ye soch lunga ki 2 hazar mene bheek de diye tum logo ko.. le jaao or maro tum log. Itna ganda service. Very pathetic. You guys are literally defaming Ambani family.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t want to jinx it but the new in-app get a new sim feature with eSIM is amazing. I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.

    @JioCare My service was cancelled as failure of repair by jio. I was told that the setup box Will be picked & refund will be initiated in Jan. It's been 4 months no one is coming to pick up set top Box, neither i am receiving any refund. Jio is a fraud company, worst service experience.
