@JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

@JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

@reliancejio Wrost service provider if customer purchase new sim he/ she will have to 99 as membership. If customer want to upgrade in postpaid he/she will again pay 99 for membership. Why customer to have the charge if he / she already a jio customer.
