    If ur technicians can't come ro attend complaints during lockdown,then how come your installation r following new customer like dogs and installing new Connections as well in this lockdown . @fiber_jio @JioCare your are totally worst.Its been 4days and my Internet not working .

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare jiofiber internet was not working since last 2 days. Already raised a complaint regarding this and appointment fixed at my premises by yesterday 2-4pm,but no show,again i called your CC, they are telling person will come on 27th oct?? Seriously? 20 days? Even in chennai?

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    My Jio prepaid SIM was deactivated due to long non-recharge. Customer care says I must visit Tamil Nadu (original circle) within 20 days to reactivate, but I now reside in Maharashtra. This is impractical. @JioCare @TRAI please address such policies affecting customers.

    @JioCare Dear JioCare, My concern is not about the recharge reminder calls. The issue is that the caller spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful manner. Instead of addressing my complaint, you have only explained why the calls were made. Please review the call recording, investigate
