It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JioCare are you interested in adding new customers then fixing existing customers issues? I raised relocation request 10days ago and it's still open. Your service engineers are not interested in relocation tickets. They are much into giving new connections.
