    @JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @JioCare Please do confirm me whether I will be incurred with any additional charges for a new connection and cancellation of old one. As I don't find a reason for deducting SD/imposing any kind of charges as client is same and service offering company is also same.
