Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

Every time this happens, I have to spend extra on mobile data just to do my job. Who'll reimburse that? @JioCare (2/3)
