@Jiocare fiber Service Request Number SR000016W497 is open for 4 days. Adding fuel to the fire, while everyone was home, streetsmart technician gave a missed call, refused to pick response calls and closes the ticket. Jai Hind, lesson on customer service.

@JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

@JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

Hey @JioCare , There is a jio tower at a distance of 1 km and still I am getting ****** network. Population of the locality is around 3000 so you can't blame overuse of internet. You are just providing poor internet connection. Accept it & kindly fix this issue asap.@reliancejio
