    @JioCare Hi have requested for connection and paid it. Have pole just opposite to my building, sine 8points have already completed, they have promised to add one more socket and provide connection and collected the money, but they havent dis the same. Why dont you people help out

    @JioCare What's happening here? No updates and no progress. The main pole has issues. There is 3 house affected in my building. And I can't be wasting my day sitting at home waiting for Jio. You guys don't pay me. My time is my money....

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare jiofiber internet was not working since last 2 days. Already raised a complaint regarding this and appointment fixed at my premises by yesterday 2-4pm,but no show,again i called your CC, they are telling person will come on 27th oct?? Seriously? 20 days? Even in chennai?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @TRAI is there anyway I control the annoying promotion and notifications from my own network @JioCare keep pouring into my mobile! I'm seriously considering this switch to a network who respect the user preferences. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Installed the connection in March 2026 with a 1-year plan, but my internet has not been working for the last 17 days. Multiple complaints raised, but still no resolution. #JioAirFiber #PoorService @reliancejio @JioCare

    Major Loophole! Message from @reliancejio states that Roaming Services in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are NOT available for prepaid users and for Numbers migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid using My Jio app or website, instructing us to visit a nearest Jio Store to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid. I followed the instructions and went to my nearest Jio Store, but they outright refused saying "it's not possible from our end as it won't work in J&K" Why issue official messages directing customers to a solution that your own stores claim is impossible? This is extremely poor and misleading customer service @JioCare 👎 Customers are being sent on a wild goose chase with contradictory information from the company itself. please clarify the correct process publicly.
