    @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare I recharged through Amazon Pay and twice your app said the payment failed and then shortly afterwards I get a message that my account has been recharged. Twice the money has been debited.n please help.

    @Jaypee47356478 @reliancejio Fyi to all #India. No refined oil is eligible for consumption. It is all garbage and waste that is sold as "refined cooking oil".

    @JioCare I'm not getting adequate data speed since last evening all my works have been paralysed . Complained thrice in 198, only got assurances but still not resolved. If you can't provide proper service then get my money back which I've already paid in advance.

    @JioCare Mr sahil,this is my third visit to HDFC bank to check the refund but alas aa usual till date our Bank has not received any payment. Very bad don't fool us like this.
