Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?
