    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    Post that considering it’s disconnected , I took up another connection with @reliancejio which was offering better service . For my shock after 2 months I get a bill of 2000 rs mentioning the charges and amazon prime subscription charges.

    @reliancejio @JioCare but after connecting customer care they say there is no such transactions details at there end. They must check once in backend system logs. It's such a poor engineering that transaction is doen at payment gateway and system throwing such error i don't have
