    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    Regarding Service request SR00001CY0ZQ. I picked up a time slot for engineer visit according to my convenience but suddenly they changed the time slot without informing me. But still no show from their end. Horrible service from Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare
