    @reliancejio @TRAI I'm from Chennai 600092 I've tried reaching customer care through call and tweet regarding internet speed issues. I feel hopeless and no one is least cared about the issues I'm facing . Kudos gr8 job.

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?
