    @Airtel_Presence Hi Vijay, as per our discussion, I am told that @Airtel_Presence have no idea on what the issue is or how to fix it. After 5+ escalations and 20+ calls, you are still not fixing the issue. No wonder you are losing to @JioCare.

    @JioCare it starts working..when suddenly the account gets suspended a mockery of ur firm..ur process and harrasment for the customer i din pay the amount up front to be harrased and hampered Refund ny conplete amount and give me a status update..my money is not for charity

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare what help..ur ppl have come and taken the device and uninstalled and sayin i will get only 1500 refund..1000 instalation and 1month i will not get..wat sort of cheating is ths..ur device is nt working since day 1..i need a complete refund

    @JioCare 1. there is zero communication betweem ur local agents and customer care 2. who takes what requests..no one wud cm to know 3. as a customer i cannot track as well whats the status 4. anyways..i need a complete refund for the same, as ur machine was not working since day 1

    I think this'll be my last visit to Airtel Store.@Airtel_Presence your employees are forcing me indirectly to Port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN.more than waiting time, no one cares the customers are waiting.I'm hearing responses in a rude way.never experienced such moments earlier.

    I just recharged my alternate @reliancejio number for some usuage of High Speed internet, after using I realised it took 1hr to download 300mb !! I feel Better to avoid jio or any of service ,cant see are they fastest or faster compare to bsnl dialup !!

    Heh @JioCare , I have been trying to open my twitter account since two days through my mobile number but it is showing the message of 'not supported by the operator'. I don't remember my email id associated with it. I have been trying hard but the issue doesn't seem to resolve.

    @JioCare I am facing an issue with my Prime subscription from 11th dec,There are close to 4 tickets raised,out of which 2 are closed without any solution. You will never bother to call me , every time I call the customer care a new ticket is raised with 72 hrs time for resolution
