    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio If you can not give service then do not take payment, paid advance for 3 months of wifi service, been 7 days nobody called or visited for installation. Service center is giving same reply that "issue has been raised"

    Raised fibre termination request with @JioCare @reliancejio last month before next billing cycle due to relocation and these guys still send me bill for this month and still didn’t terminated my connection. Thats some next level service

    This kind of shameless attitude from @JioCare and its team always disappoint customers. I booked a fiber connection on 5th June, and its 16th today, it is neither installed nor my money is refunded. Its a new kind of fraud to keep the customer's money without services.

    @JioCare It's more around a week. The issue is still unresolved. Generic replies are not a solution. Provide a definite TAT or escalate the complaint immediately.
