I spoke to the overall head in chennai post that they picked the device 1 month later. Got 500 rs and 1000 rs didn’t come. So many complaint given still not got. Really poor service need a sol.

Around 16&17 th January devices Modem STB box picked, still not received my deposit, how many days still want to rotate my money ?

Finally I raised a surrender request within 25 day’s of the activation and a SR number was raised. The team didn’t come to pick the device.

Will switch to airtel if issue doesn't get resolved by tommorrow morning. Engineers appointed are careless. Acc to jio fiber they say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours
