Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently. Complaint SR00002LK4K0 was raised and engineer visit was scheduled for today (4–5 PM), but it was rescheduled to tomorrow without my consent. Customer care asked me to wait until 4:30 PM, and now no agent is reachable.
