    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    Hi @reliancejio there's something seriously wrong with my WiFi. Every device is able to connect seamlessly except the Mi TV stick in my room. Problem started ever since i renewed subscription a few days ago. Please help?

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained many times, but it was of no use. The 4G network is running as if it's 2G or 3G. Even though the district railway station is just 2.5 km away and NH16 is 1.5 km away, there is still no 5G in our village. We are facing a lot of problems.

    @JioFiber My connection has been down for 12 days. Sent 4 emails, called customer care 12+ times, and escalated to the appellate team 3 times. Not a single call from a service engineer. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer service experience ever. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @JioCare @JioCare the funny thing is that rescheduling is never required. Jio care itself reschedule at their end. Just check the history how many time this was reschedule and you will know why a customer is frustrated. Every time I plan as per engineer, i receive a reschedule message

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Pathetic service from Jio. I paid Rs3536/- in advance and applied for cancellation due to personal reasons even before it's installed. This has happened on 15th May 2026, I am still awaiting the refund for cancellation of order NO0001DGB7OY.
