    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @reliancejio I have been facing a network issue since two days.. I registered my request many times it's still not assigned to any of the engineer.. how long it will take?? My work also pending because of this... Customer care also disconnected the chat without proper communication @JioCare

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @KomalYellapalli @JioCare This is not the service we are expecting from jio fibernet, if this is the case with my brother than i'm going get my connection also disconnected and will inform the same to my family members and friends and will inform them to move to better service providers @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Wi-Fi down for 48+ hrs on my Jio Fiber (+91-8031645153).“temporarily suspended.”Called support multiple times—no resolution, no clear update.Even got assurance today at 11:33 AM from Technical Escalation Team that it’ll be fixed by 1:34 PM—still not working.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber home is not working since morning. Raised a service request but an engineer is still not assigned. Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    Today on 26/4/26 assured to come by 9.30am neither the engineer pick the call nor anybody come till now. Neither any jio customer care number available for talk. What kind of service it is @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani during payment it was 2 fast bt during installation Im taking pain.
