@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

@JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

@JioCare the worst network. Most of the time the net doesn't work. In ipl days they said that millions of the people are watching that's why it is slow but now?? Many times I complained but nothing happens. The speed is 2.0 kb/s. Is it 4G? Really? @reliancejio
