    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @narayananh @JioCare Jio is quite pathetic when it comes to service. No way you can reach their customer care or get help. The DIY are useless. There's no way to raise a ticket.

    @JioCare What's happening here? No updates and no progress. The main pole has issues. There is 3 house affected in my building. And I can't be wasting my day sitting at home waiting for Jio. You guys don't pay me. My time is my money....

    @dranuharshal @reliancejio @JioCare So in short u will have to do this everytime u face the same issue. If it is happening very frequently you could try turning off ur router for a minute and then restart it.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Im the jio fibre customer with multiple connections. Recently i have shifted to another house in the same lane. I have applied for relocation thru myjio app on 09 aug which is scheduled for 12th aug. I have been waiting for the service provider.

    @JioCare I am not satisfied with this empathy as this will not resolve my issue, as my hard earned money doesn't come back. Very pathetic experience I ever had. Will terminate 7 years of relationship with Jio any will try to break more.
