    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @reliancejio Connection for me only in my apartment down for last 6 days and 4th time in a year. Ticket raised too on 10th dec SR00001FVNKR. No response yet. Called for disconnecting the connection says no refund as per jio policy because it's customer fault that he paid. Chor

    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    @reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @reliancejio We get just LTE+ from #Jio, but in our area Airtel provides 5G, BSNL provides 4G. The indoor signal of both Airtel & BSNL are so good, but #Jio indoor signal is so poor. So if you don't resolve this, we may have to port out to Airtel or BSNL. Will you really help.

    @reliancejio We have #Jio tower in our area, just 200 mts away. But the indoor signal is so poor. We reported this many times, but the local n/w team doesn't bother to resolve it. Bcoz of such ppl only, u lose cust. Why should we continue with #Jio & waste our money on #Jio.
