    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @reliancejio Connection for me only in my apartment down for last 6 days and 4th time in a year. Ticket raised too on 10th dec SR00001FVNKR. No response yet. Called for disconnecting the connection says no refund as per jio policy because it's customer fault that he paid. Chor

    I have been using Jio Internet for the last year and it’s been an absolute nightmare with no resolution whenever wi-fi is down. The absolute nightmare in changing all connections in cameras and gadgets has been the only reason to avoid such change. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare i tried to reach-out through the personal chat but i did not hear any positive. Concern is same getting 1 mbps speed out of 100 mbps it is very frustrating also I’m completely blocked due to this and it is very frequent now. Can I expect a resolution? @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I have already done basic troubleshooting like charging, restarting phone, and changing location. Issue is still the same for last 2 days. Speed is only around 2 Mbps on 5G and videos are not playing properly. Please don’t give generic replies. Kindly check network
