@JioCare @reliancejio there is no single point of tower in Ramanujam IT park Tharamani Chennai..Always no signal...mainly on Carr building.. everyone facing this issue.. please do necessary action ASAP.. otherwise all are already decided to move another network.

Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

@reliancejio . Our facility in Karur was visited by two executives from Reliance Jio on 8th Aug and they have assured that they will fix new tower in next two weeks on or before 23rd Aug 2019. I will update you accordinhly.

@reliancejio 2nd issue jiopos only run on jio connectivity .So if my sales 3000 pm I earn 90 rs monthly and I do 149 rc for that connectivity .Why when airtel given 1 gb and free calls to retailer no need to sales jio from jiopos it's waist of mny another portal used

@reliancejio keep work on retailer happy they are roots if u not give benefit to retailer it's not good ki like 3000 pm sales and do 5 activection then u get demo plan ..Only 1 gb and jio to jio free ..If I call another network then no demo plan look airtel voda retailer benifit

@reliancejio it's open challenge to jio at Talegaon Dabhade without loosing signal and coversation by using jio to jio call talk for at least 10 minutes and win lac rupees or close the jio services in Talegaon Dabhade pin 410307. It's very worst service no boday cares

From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare

@JioCare worst network, since last one year providing only one resolution that network would be better within few days. Very difficult to take classes and do other work. Would not prefer it, despite having 4g recharge won't be able to use even 2g.
