    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare Can u pls arrange a call from customer care ? I couldn't track any of these requests as my account got deactivated once the uninstallation is done at old flat. Now i couldn't track any of the orders or ser requests. I paid Rs.1200 for this relocation or new connect at new flat.

    Facing issues with my 5G network since morning. When I dm jiocare in X about this they told me to use 4G. Why should I do a extra recharge for 4G data while I have already recharged for a unlimited 5G plan. Very much poor customer support experience.@reliancejio @JioCare
