@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

@JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

@JioCare Thank you @JioCare for such pathetic service. I lost my money and I will never ever take jio connection and will try my best to advise others not to take it. A retired employee can claim amount and jio doesn’t take responsibility. Kudos. Meet you in consumer court.
