    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @JioCare What's happening here? No updates and no progress. The main pole has issues. There is 3 house affected in my building. And I can't be wasting my day sitting at home waiting for Jio. You guys don't pay me. My time is my money....

    @JioCare I called 50 times to the customer care and the local tram to pick the device. I spoke to the overall head in chennai post that they picked the device 1 month later. Got 500 rs and 1000 rs didn’t come. So many complaint given still not got. Really poor service need a sol.

    @JioCare I took the jio Fibre trial pack with in two weeks had lot of issues gave complaint still no impact it was the same connectivity. Finally I raised a surrender request within 25 day’s of the activation and a SR number was raised. The team didn’t come to pick the device.

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Respected sir, Regarding my refund of Jio Fiber connection, availed in Dec 2020, terminated within 30 days of free trail. Neither any one called so far nor any notification from Number 1 network of India, it's Jio Fiber. Please initiate my refund immediately. Thank you

    @reliancejio Respected sir/ Madam, Availed jio fiber network connection in December 2020, within free trail period raised request for termination. Around 16&17 th January devices Modem STB box picked, still not received my deposit, how many days still want to rotate my money ?

    Worst refer a friend program by jio fiber if the program cannot be executed properly nor any jio customer service executive reply to my problem then i think they should remove this feature so called "refer a friend" Worst experience @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
