    @JioCare @reliancejio Today I went to jio store in chennai, mmda arumbakkam branch to change the mobile portability from airtel to jio, Jio store executive behaves very rudely , they won't give information and I got a very bad experience. He speaks very hardly with rowdy manner

JIO’s network is great but customer may be bothered by being lacking in some areas.But show me that the network of respectable companies is strong in every field.

    @JioCare Pls write me an email confirming the connection will be withdrawn and payment refunded if i am not happy with the service? I have no such confirmation in my inbox from jiofiber which should be standard practice. Is a customer not entitled to clarity on the terms and conditions?

    @drmaheshbshinde @reliancejio @exploreIMC Great 👌 I also switched to airtel. Airtel video streaming is good but You will face call drop and call quality also not good, you can't access net over call, slowness in website access and VoLTE service not available.
