    @JioCare Of you give service I will never ever ask about refund. There is no connection y should I pay money. Check your service issues customer concerns first. Today morning I called CC 2 times if I asked refund they put my call hold for checking after long time calldisconnecting

    @JioCare This is insane! How system automated message can be helpful for any questions which i'm doing DM on given ID or Whatsapp number. I gave my registered number so either give me direct contact number or mail ID for registering complaint...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xstream fiber is down for more than 3 hours now. After talking to customer care 2-3 times, finally, I was told that I have "paid money for waiting for minimum 2-4 hours" meanwhile if I want to use internet, I should recharge my @JioCare sim.

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV you guys are useless and hire useless people. Your employees cannot deliver what they promise and then abuse customer and give useless reason like mistakes are common ans made by people only. If you can't work professionally then don't do false promise
