    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No action taken for multiple complaints and the DM which I sent. Moreover, I received a reschedule msg of jio fiber installation for 25 June at 9.15pm. Who installs fiber connection in night?? Pathetic service. I booked it on 17th June. Why so much delay?

    Still my network issue has been not resolved, and cust care is not given any proper resolution, advisor behaviour also very bad by @JioCare , @MukeshAmbani06 sir, pls solve my network issue or give me my money back, I am really fed-up for this 3rd class service.

    @reliancejio I don't know what you guys are doing but honestly saying that it's worst in network speed and I complaint in customer care but there is no solution of that.Expanding your network is good but providing min service will be worst for you.Till network issue not resolved

    @JioCare Please be informed that since many days your network & net speed is below par at my location. When calling at CC no one gives satisfactorily answer & ask it will take 6-8 months. if this is so whey are you selling Jio cards? 1/n
