  @JioCare It is regretted to inform that no any action has been taken to restore the services up till now inspite of assurance.This is clear case of deficiency in services for which Jio company is responsible. Please note that issue will be raised before appropriate forum.

  @JioMart @JioMart_Support my order no ends with 5286A. Several calls, multiple mails but still no support from CS team. No use of escalation. @reliancejio. CS team is opening a ticket & ask to wait for 48 hrs and then ticket is closed without solution. Happend min 5 times with me

  @JioCare I told him to show me his ID and also asked him his name but he denied to share. He didn’t gave me any info and looked very scared when I told him that I will complain regarding this incident. He came today at 11 AM. He then suddenly sat on his bike and went away.

  Hello @JioCare, After waiting constantly for my Jio fiber and after calling your customer care for multiple times. This is the time to go to consumer court now. Your services are pathetic and I'll file a case against you if you can't stick with your promises and commitments.
