    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio JioFibre Modem/Router coverage is considerably lower than other brands coz they've 1/2 antennas. I was using BSNLFTTH with 2 antenna which had better coverage in my house. With Jio Gateway it is less and continious disconnection is a big problem.

    @ViCustomerCare is worse to answerable. Before they answer cuts my phone call. If @JioCare facilitate us to make free call to our bank customer care number, why the @ViCustomerCare charging to make call on the same number. Even I have unlimited plan on both of my sim.

    @JioCare It seems that I need to switch from jio to any other network, my internet speed is getting slower day by day and always the excuse is that millions of users are using it thus the internet gets slow.

    @JioCare Don't regret for the inconveniences & thank me for my patience. Rather improve your service. Still my issue has not been resolved. Is there some one whom I share my pathetic experience. No jio fiber service from 12 days & counting. Shame

    @rah5203 @JioCare All the best to you then. There are good speeds at certain areas, but they don't care about many areas where the internet is sluggish. Customer complaints are responded with readymade answers without any actual solutions.

    @JioCare Hi i am jio postpaid customer not able to use internet. And when i try to raise the issue in my jio app the just told me to there are large number of user is using internet, that is not my fault why i change me location to use internet i have paid for it.
