    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare I’ve been calling Jio Fiber customer care for the last 4 days, but either no one talks properly or the call gets disconnected. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.

    I use Jio Air fiber. My shift starts at 6 PM IST and ends at 3 AM IST. The connection works perfectly for the first hour (until 7 PM), but after that, it stops working entirely. Service only resumes after 1 AM IST. I have tried contacting @JioCare, but I haven't received any help

    @JioCare When i have already mentioned in the said post about slow internet issue along with the location what else you need & won't be providing my contact number, even last time all the calls were received making false promises, address is given kindly visit the location

    My family’s Jio AirFiber has been down for 10+ days. @JioCare already paid for 6-month subscription, made multiple complaints, no resolution, only automated replies. This is seriously impacting our work and daily life. @reliancejio requesting immediate resolution or refund.@TRAI
