    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @reliancejio one month over still no solution provided don't use jio everyone. They told jio fiber will be picked up and refund wi be given. They don't have time to do that

    @JioCare Hi i am facing ping issues while playing genshin impact i have been mailing the customer care for one month now and all they say is they are looking into it but no improvement it used to around 100 ms before now it's always above 250ms

    @reliancejio fibre has no respect for time. I requested for service and engg were supposed to come. They didn’t come on the scheduled time and did not even contact. Some guy called at 9 pm and said the engineers will come next day. I had to take leave and Stay back and no show!
