@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

For relocation request within the same city, Jio site is giving message 'server not responding'. Customer care is telling to try after 24 Hrs. MyJio App also gives the same error. No other method to book relocation service. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Also given a request in the 'Email us' & appellate but no one contacted till now. Jio store is asking to terminate and apply for new connection. Not guiding for refund of deposit/reuse of old modem also. @JioCare @reliancejio
