Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do. @_MukeshAmbani

Then I called customer care and my ticket is on hold without providing confirmation code. So, no "neeyat" of providing fix. @JioCare
