  @JioCare Internet has been down in PIN 110052 since 30 Aug, 4:16 PM. Your ETA has changed 3 times—8:16 PM → 4:16 AM → now 4:16 PM. No human support, just the same automated excuse. It’s Monday & people need to work. What is the ACTUAL issue? Fix this ASAP.

  @JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.

  Hi Jio Support, @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been facing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and major fluctuations in internet speed for the past one week. The connection keeps dropping intermittently, and the speed is also inconsistent even when the devices are close to the router.

  @JioCare I paid 4th of August, and it's the last of that month. To jio Home device is not installed. jio Installer was denied to install my area, and when I cancel order but I didn't get the money back.
