    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @JioCare The issue got resolved on the 4th day. Thanks. Can I know what was the issue? Meanwhile, please rework your chat bot, voice, ivr support system to have relevant options for customers to select for reporting their problems so that they can do away from knocking multiple doors

    @reliancejio Hello, Respected sir I am Mohit Dhakad from Village named Ladusa in Mandsaur District. We the people of ladusa are facing problems due to the network issue. We can't attend meeting or online classes by the colleges or school None of the tower has been installed.

    It's so f**king annoying to keep telling every single person I live on an island with X in my network and hence I can't call you and you can't hear me even if in case your call gets connected! As always @JioCare will reply and do nothing, the same they are doing since 2 years
