    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    Absolutely pathetic service from JioFiber.Despite reaching out for assistance,both Customer Executive Neelam Singh & Engineer Pradumm Kumar declined to provide any meaningful assistance. after paying for a premium connectivity service,this isn't expected @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare How many times have I told u ppl on call as well as here, that Internet goes blank after evry 10 mins. Ask ur employees Rupali, Gaurav who claimed to fix ths in 15 mins 3 days b4 nd one more who cut the call after telling me to wait. Hw mny tyms donI hv to shame u on this platfrm

    @JioCare Share the resolution. My connection will be disconnected tomorrow. I have already paid the amount. I clearly mentioned that I would need the bill.If technicians are not aware then why not provide them the KT. I can't DM. Provide me the resolution here!

    @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

    @JioCare OMG, did you really check the ticket number I shared via DM? How pathetic is your support? If you don’t know the issue then why did you ask for contact number and other details? The problem is with set top box. Some of the OTT apps not working. My SR closed thrice abruptly.

    . @JioCare @reliancejio This is very disgusting that you are stealing my data. I have not used much internet today still you are saying that I have exhausted my data and slow down the speed. I have topped up my jio number annually still you people want me to pay more. There is no customer care executive with whom I can talk. Kindly help. Else will have to go to consumer court

    @JioCare All standard SOPs mentioned in your app have been followed. I have been trying this from yesterday every 6 hours. Still issue is unresolved. Send a representative ASAP Or I will switch to some other provider.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare and I’m forced to call again and again. Even worse, your team is CLOSING SERVICE REQUESTS WITHOUT ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE ISSUE. Who authorised these complaints to be closed when the problem was clearly still unresolved?

    @JioCare In my fibre plan my 4G connection isn't working, only the 5G connection is working. I have changed the name, password and everything which ever I can do but it's still not working. I hope to have an engineer visit , the only way it will help me.
