    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare Problem is, whenever I tested the speed at random in your free trial, it was always above 140. And you’re probably aware that you’re not supposed to give promised speed to paying customers.

    We're experiencing all time internet issue since 1month b4,but the call support has been saying issue is there & they wouldn't create separate ticket even they wouldn't say when it will be resolved. Arrogant,Scripted line by support team. #Time_to_port_out @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today day-3 my #JioFiber is down and there is no TAT to resolve issue quickly affecting my WFH and you do not have any response to compensate for the lost days. I am loosing My recharge Money. And you guys call yourself customer obsessed company.
