    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare Sir no need of any complain or follow-ups. I have already called customer care and they denied it as your issue. So sir just keep this attitude and see how customers move away slowly. Please note with other ISP no such issues coming. #JioFiber Bye

    There is no difference in speed and services of @JioCare and bsnl. Worst Internet speed even a single page is not opening. Jio is not interested in solving customer issues. @trai please take necessary action against such companies.we are paying 199 every month not just for call.

    @reliancejio i have talked with customer care for low internet Connectivity issue but they were saying i have note down the complain and after 2 hours issue will be resolve. They were also saying we will not tell you that what is problem, so what means of customer care ?
