    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare - Never expected a worst customer exp. Opted for a new fiber connection. sales exec came home morning and ensured payments made within 30 minutes. also promised- engineer will do the installation on same day. 2 days over, still no call from Jio and Installation not done.

    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @JioCare -Priyanka the resolution u have given me doesnot help as the entire building and the area doesnot get signal.The resolution u gave is to change the SIM which means u r claiming that Jio SIMs donot work. Kindly first reach out to the customer and understand the concern.

    @JioCare This is not the new Jio AirFiber connection I complained about. The connection you are referring to is my old one. My concern is regarding the new Jio AirFiber installation, which was repeatedly delayed by your representative. Please check and resolve the issue

    @JioCare @Sanju_nema Worst services by jio… no resolve in time @jagograhakjago please see to it.. They also charge for the days there is disruption. Every time new network is installed in the area they mess up with existing connections.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There's no signal on my jio sim at the below provided coordinates. I shifted here 4 months ago and not once I have got any amount of signal. Phone shows emergency calls only and I have to go 2 kms to get a simple SMS/Call! 17.4596595, 78.3491056
