    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare when My account is recharged you could not repair it. F you take more than one and half month to repair it then why should I pay without service. repair it first and assure me repaired and ask me to pay.

    I had one of the worst customer support experiences with JioFiber. My JioFiber stopped working while I’m 2,000 km away from home. I called customer care 3 times, and every single time I was told: “Call us only when you’re standing in front of the router.” I repeatedly explained that my parents were already at home, had completed all the troubleshooting steps, and I just wanted a technician visit because I wasn’t there. But nobody listened. Finally, I contacted the local engineer who had originally installed the connection. He visited, checked the router, found it was faulty, and replaced it. The issue was resolved immediately. If the solution was simply replacing a faulty router, why did customer care refuse to send a technician after multiple requests? Extremely disappointing support from @JioCare @reliancejio . Customers shouldn’t have to bypass customer care to get a genuine issue resolved.

    Hey @JioCare , I am experiencing a total network blackout / no signal for my Jio connection in my area from two in Bluberry Chawk,Kharadi,Pune.Calls and mobile data are completely down. Please look into this tower/network issue urgently and resolve it!

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber (SR00003BUDJH) was down for 5 consecutive days. This total service failure has caused massive financial loss to my business. Please process my Rent Rebate immediately and compensate/recover the validity to cover my business losses. @JioCare

    🚨 53+ hours without #JioFiber in Hyderabad. SR: SR00002MTV5K Complaint was raised immediately. Engineer visit was scheduled for 25 Jul, 10–11 AM, but without my consent it was rescheduled to 6–7 PM. It’s now 10:30 PM—no engineer, no call. @JioCare @reliancejio
