    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioPC I paid 1,000/- pre-booking fee for Jio Airfiber. Never got the appointment nor any communication regarding the service connection, and no refund either #scam

    Their response actually strengthens your complaint. They are now saying “there are no confirmed slots available”, even though you already had two confirmed appointment windows, both of which were missed. I would reply publicly to @JioCare with this: @JioCare don’t address issue

    @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

    Facing absolute 'No Service' on my Jio eSIM in the UAE. All manual network selections (Etisalat/du), roaming toggles, and network resets are already done. Critical bank OTPs are stuck. Please check DM, escalate to technical team, and fix backend provisioning urgently @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber complaint raise more than 24 hr ago. Still no resolution man. Technician comes and gone. Mentioned another person will visit and fix no one visited till now

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My JioFiber has been disconnecting 7–8+ times daily for 10–15 days. Multiple complaints raised, but no proper engineer visit or permanent solution. Please escalate this to the senior technical team and resolve urgently.

    Hello jio care Issue not resolved yet Registered no. Is 7006601776 Got connection on 26 august 2026 I m using Airtel for last 5 years, no problem so far But jio , worst Can u resolve Or please take ur box back , I won't ask for refund. @JioCare
