    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer visit the home and change the outdoor unit tower location, but now there is no internet connectivity at my home, although router light is green and engineer told me the issue is on backend not with antena.

    My JioFiber connection has been completely unavailable for over 7 hours now. I’ve already tried every possible troubleshooting step, but nothing has worked. This is deeply concerning & completely unacceptable for a service that has become an essential part of daily life. A disruption lasting this long, with no effective resolution, reflects a serious failure in service reliability. Jio needs to address this urgently & provide a clear explanation for the prolonged outage. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare worst service.. the sales person doesn’t care to tell the procedure of providing wifi. Even after appointment has been fixed for installation they dint make it up. Neither there is a way to reach out to complain. The sales person doesn’t pick up calls either. Pathetic

    @reliancejio your executives in Guwahati make it very problematic to even deliver the Sims they won't come on time and if you call them and ask them to come, they'll give you all the attitude in the world terrible service

    @JioCare @reliancejio The visit was initially scheduled for the morning but got delayed and rescheduled to 3:15 PM. I rescheduled it again to 7:15 PM due to urgency. I waited the entire day, yet the issue remains unresolved. Your technician is not answering calls either. Please resolve

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I’m paying ~₹1,200/month for JioFiber, yet I’m dealing with poor Wi-Fi performance and my 5 GHz band simply isn’t working. Your diagnostics say everything is “working,” but the actual service says otherwise.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing connectivity issues for last 10 days. Today also there is no connectivity and engineer visit has been scheduled for evening. Most pathetic Internet service I've ever had. @JioCare are you available in H Block, Sector 84 Faridabad?
