I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Delivery agent’s phone is switched off. First call kept me on hold 13 mins then disconnected, second attempt no response. Really frustrating.
