@reliancejio Right now ur not building any new signal towers even in many parts of Bangalore there’s no point in keeping faith in ur network ur customer themselves @JioCare admitted there’s no tower nearby in central Bangalore city and jio will go down soon for its slow network speeds

@amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

@motorolaindia Yes and here is my answer to troubleshoot: Have good network coverage of @reliancejio I am receiving other otps such as sbi, nexo etc, Smsing is working fine. I have updated version of @Google messeges I do not have any blocker or something.

@JioCare Also I dont get it how come my friend who lives in a same city he's welcome offer works fine, base plan is not charged but mine get charged and welcome offer doesn't work at all even when my network is at 5g most of the time! its only 4g for few mins but still (2/2)
