totaly fed up of @Airtel_Presence... took about a minute to load twitter... playstore said no connection.. and on top of this they descrease there daily limit to 1gb .... the only reason i cant change my connection is that even @reliancejio is bad..bc chutiya bna dia hai @CDhwaj

Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

@JioCare @reliancejio ur network is so slow in my area that i am unable to order my food on @SwiggyCares..its not loading at all.i use ACT fibernet wifi n its fast but right now there is power cut and i am hungry and jio internet is so ****** up that i am unable to order. Scam.

@JioCare you seriously need to improve your customer service tool and give an easy platform for complains. It is difficult to lodge a complaint and above that if luckily the complain goes ahead the technician never shows up. Please look into this
