It's feels like we are back to 2G days, when ever you try to use @airtelindia for internet uses in Belandur Bengalore, Not even able to open Twitter. Using @reliancejio network to complain on twiter also. 😡😡😡

@JioCare I have been asking you to check with the engineer (Bharath : 9741923305) why he is denying service, then also you didn’t do anything.. simply reschedule for another day and asked me to wait .. no show again today ,, you will reschedule again and do nothing. ?????

@TataPlayin, most horrible experience faced. No service avl from 24 hrs. Canceling a old ticket takes more than 24hrs, new ticket not accepted.. Great policy for customers!!. @reliancejio here I come..

I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

Please initiate a refund for my payment @JioCare @reliancejio I don’t have enough time for another headache in my life. You anyways don’t value your customers. Even my mobile internet is not working with a full range signal, I Don’t know what kind of 4G service you are providing

@JioCare Hearing the same thing from yesterday. But there is no solution. You just use word Priority to just calm the customer but the reality is you just dont care of your customers.
