The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

I requested INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION & a refund of ₹1060.82 paid 14-Jul because Jio removed utility poles (SR00003BPF29). Stop misrepresenting my request to hold funds. Process permanent account closure and refund to source account now.
