Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Technician called repeatedly at 17:00, said he’d come in 30 mins, then blocked my number. Customer care promised resolution by 21:00. No visit, no fix, now rescheduled. Very poor service.

The Jio app offers no options to resolve issues. Recharge costs are exorbitant, and there are no offers available; there is no one to provide guidance.
