@shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

@JioCare is acting smart without a reply about the issue, Rey falthus, your network is worse than Airtel here, that's why I did 98 recharge only for calls atleast provide little speed till I utilise the 2GB/month.

@reliancejio Given that you have not been able to solve my billing problem for last 4 mths, I have decided to downgrade plan from Rs599 to Rs199 and you CHARGED Rs. 250 for downgrading. I don't know why?@TRAI I hope you are ok with this? Jio you have turned a loyal customer away!
