@JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

@JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised a complaint yesterday at 10.11 AM and after around 29 hours it has been closed with any intimation. Tried talking to customer support but they lack information about the issue. Why bother to have customer support if they are so incompetent?
