@JioCare I have not received my jio fibre refund for the last 25 days. I have called jio fibre multiple times for this issue. Everytime I call, they disconnect when I talk about the complainant. This is absolutely pathetic. I wasn't even shouting at the customer rep. Poor support

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani after long follow up on multiple channels. device pickup done last week now no update on refund(Approx 7800/-). It has been more than month have canceled fiber. all these started with false commitment/bad service on internet availability. Please advise

@JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

@JioCare The service team would never show up on their dedicated time unless they are being offered a bribe ? For fiber, can you direct how this grievance can be escalated ? I am already paying for the service need I bribe them when they are being paid by the company their job.
