    @reliancejio It's bad to see that no signal at all prime location like Bangalore, 2nd main, KR garden, Murgeshpalya since last 20 hours. Even though contacted customer care no help so far. Please check and fix the issue.

    Otherwise I will only give you a solution, please revert my porting request so that I will port to @Idea or @vodafone or another @reliancejio, I don't understand the work that your technical team does, do not invest more money in advertising, put some on skilled workers.

    @shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

    @JioCare the CRF email never arrived to my email address. I checked the spam folder too. Anyway, that I arranged it after sending someone to your center. My real issue is E-sim transfer from one phone to another. You can see my chain emails with my registered email address.

    @JioCare Pathetic service, I have requested for relocation of jio fiber connection on 30th October, every day customer care team says that installation will happen the next day. It has been 5 days and no one has visited for jio fiber installation.

    Pathetic experience from jio. Tried everything from the last 1 week- writing mails, contacting engineers, helpline number etc but no resolution is provided. Moreover they closed my issue stating that my problem has been resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare having issues from last 3months from d date of connection, but all engineers from jio fiber failed to fix my connection, what should I do, worst engineers, not able to fix a single problem, may be they all r from village, jio hiring village engineers, may be uneducated

    @JioCare your agents are selling Fiber connections by making false commitments and cheating the customers, promising users of free data months and not delivering, customer care doesn't help at all..really annoying when coming from a brand with such good service reputation..
