Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Now I applied for new connection and paid 5300rs. For that also no response. So I cancelled both and for refund 21 days.

After 4.5 days of delay, all my SRs were cancelled, yet you claim “no delay.” Then why was I repeatedly pleading on X for resolution?
