    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why there is no 5G accessbility available for iPhone 13 as of now. Even there is no 5G network in Bangalore. Is all the ads is for future ?

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

    @reliancejio dear jio, I am using Jiofiber from last one year and I am facing frequent disconnection from last 15 days , I have raised complaint multiple times but without resolution complaint are getting closed . Kindly request your support in this regard

    @JioCare NO0000OHPWNT kindly cancel my order and refund my money.. I don't need jio fiber Already 24 hours completed still Installation guy didn't came .. Wurst service by #jiofiber ..and share manager number of the store..

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    This @JioCare never open the store as it was shown in my jio app timing location Hesargatha main road store please maintain some time sense with timing unless mis guiding the customers

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @shahiddd06 @JioCare @reliancejio Even my money is stuck with them. Their services didn’t run for 2 months, just after I did the 1 month recharge. Around ₹1k gone. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund the amount. Hence I disconnected their service.

    @JioCare So, your Engineer is visited and does not bother to give details of problem and say problem from upline/main box. Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.

    @JioCare Last time you took 7 days for a complaint. Please address a new complaint having SRN SR000038G1GB ASAP. I am sure your lethargic team will not attend this SRN on time.
