    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @reliancejio Not able to make calls to Dharmasthala Landline numbers. Unsupportive support. Just shows how Jio is misleading folks that STD is allowed 08256266607

    @reliancejio dear jio, I am using Jiofiber from last one year and I am facing frequent disconnection from last 15 days , I have raised complaint multiple times but without resolution complaint are getting closed . Kindly request your support in this regard

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare I have done both the things and still have not received any invite even though my phone hardware and software both supports 5G and my area is enabled for 5G as well. Please help

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @JioCare is there no way i can talk to a customer care representative? Why is it so difficult that all questions are answered by chat bot and ultimately issue is not resolved! Excess bill has been generated for services not given #WorstCustomerService

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @Airtel_Presence If my call drops and internet issues are not resolved, I'll be forced to switch to @reliancejio . Their network is much better across Haryana and India. We pay ₹900 every month, not to deal with poor service.

    Dear @JioCare, I recharged my JioAirFiber with ₹824.82, but my connection still shows **"Data Exhausted"** and the internet is not working. What's even more frustrating is that your customer care IVR doesn't provide any option to connect with a customer support executive

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @JioCare If you have an official IMD warning specifically for Bhubaneswar that justifies a 48-hour blackout, share it here. Otherwise, admit this is an internal failure in your service team. I am tired of these scripted, fake excuses.
