    @JioCare @reliancejio I got my jio fiber connection disconnected within 30 days and returned set up box as in same condition but didn't get refund. Jio detected 1k. No reason why. While customer care said u will get 1500 refund.

    @reliancejio There have been a fraud from Jio when asked for porting. Post submitting docs and verification, I was called from Jio to send cancel message to 1900, as multiple request have been raised against the same. Need immediate resolution from Jio. This is unethical.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Here is what happened 1. I have said that my phn is about to barred, you said everything is fine, please ignore the notification 2.phn is barred with services you guys are saying I have raised the ticket wait for two days. Can you see how stupid it sound.

    Don't go for @reliancejio's #JioFiber #30DayTrial unless you are gonna continue with it. Because they are not refunding the full amount as they promise even if you return the router, settop box and remote without any damage before the expiration of the trial.

    @DoT_India @TRAI This is the irresponsibility of @JioCare .Still they expect me pay the post paid bill and I have already paid it .But the question is,If a service provider can't answer customers basic questions then can they force us to pay the bill in the name of Diactivation ?

    @reliancejio And above all, I have paid the registration and porting amount. This is completely unacceptable. Porting is something personal, how can anyone else from Jio call and ask to cancel the request, as this is only know by the person who is taking details. Any thoughts?

    @JioCare I've already shared the text received from Amazon multiple times over DM. Amazon have confirmed that the recharge was processed on their end. As usual your copy and paste messages don't help. Just because there is no SMS that doesn't mean the money was not paid.

    Hey @JioCare, now I am fed up with frequent call drops, network drops and slow internet speed. I am paying you full amount and expect atleast decent service. If you are unable to provide, it's time for service provider change.

    @JioCare I have requested jio care for shifting of jio fiber to different home. I have called them multiple times to customer care but always they get fixed appointment for relocate but one one visit to get fix it. first time i am very disappointed with Jio.
