    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio is such a disappointment. It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless

    @JioCare What a terrible experience I am going through. I requested for JioFiber installation at home . Your executive came, did KYC, collected 6 months subscription in advance , I received an order ID on my registered no stating that installation team will contact you.

    Dear @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with a plan that includes a Jio hotstar subscription. The subscription shows as active in MyJio, but no active subscription is visible in Jio hotstar with the same number. Look into this issue and help resolve it ASAP. #Jio #JioHotstar

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber No. +91-1813152904 has been completely offline for the last 3 days. I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.

    @JioCare Now after 3 days, the ₹39 pack expired completely unused, and customer care says “we can’t do anything. These add-on packs often have confusing priority rules, the booster packs should be used first.
