    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

    Jio is trying to increase its user base day and night, but people are mostly active on the network. Using more internet. For this reason that internet is getting slow. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with @JioCare are. I’ve been a regular JioFiber customer, renewing my plan every month. This time, while making my usual payment, the 12-month plan was selected by default. I mistakenly paid ₹12,000+ thinking it was my regular monthly bill.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You should to stop 11 Rs plan (1 hr unlimited 4/5G data). Because the speed of this plan is like 2G. Worst experience with @reliancejio .

    I’ve been an esteemed @reliancejio customer for 6+ years using your highest postpaid connection. I want to continue, but I'm facing terrible indoor 5G coverage since launch, getting speeds of just 7 to 10 Mbps even though a 5G tower is only 50 meters away. Raised multiple complaints, but it gets closed with a generic reply "no issue found" message. Still no actual solution or proper response from the Jio network team of Gujarat circle. Please look into this seriously and resolve it. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioNetwork #JioGujarat
