    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    @JioCare I have done both the things and still have not received any invite even though my phone hardware and software both supports 5G and my area is enabled for 5G as well. Please help

    But now i think you guys are running scam. In Banglore many people don't check the order they will never come to know what all items are missing. I think i need to complaint this to consumer court. @reliancejio

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    Mera Area Mei na 4g network 🛜 chlta h sahi se yaha tak ki simple call 🤙 tak bhi sahi se nhi ho paati h network ki bhaut issue h koi bhi company ka nhi chlta h Therefore, please fix it as soon as possible. If a new tower is installed, be it of any company @reliancejio

    @jiocare People dont go for jio connection as their customer service sucks and their engineers are arrogant and rude. They will put your complaint on hold and later show it aa resolved even when your complaint has been not attended. Despite complaing for 5 days, no action taken

    Dear @JioCare ​It has been 3 days since I recharged my Jio AirFiber account, but I am still unable to use the service. ​The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. ​I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.

    @JioCare Service Request number SR****35HEKF is not being attended for 3 days despite several reminders. Your services has been degraded to the worst in Delhi. Same issues experienced in past too but nobody sitting up there in your management listens to it. Worst service. Worst redressal

    @JioCare This is happening since a month, if 4G is working then it is your mistake to correct it, why should the customer pay for 5G and use 4G? Even if you are running it, it is your responsibility to give unlimited dada.

    @JioCare I did not get any calls. You are telling lies. Every tome I missed a call, I get sms on the same even for jio customer care team. I was on VO-WiFi on Jio gigafiber.
