Post submitting docs and verification, I was called from Jio to send cancel message to 1900, as multiple request have been raised against the same. Need immediate resolution from Jio. This is unethical.

If we miss or delay for one minute Jio recharge Validity closes automatically. But when it comes to Customer support not happening like that.

Porting is something personal, how can anyone else from Jio call and ask to cancel the request, as this is only know by the person who is taking details. Any thoughts?

Now elder brother Mukesh Ambani also it seems follows the same dictum. "If we pay the money what is left to us". They don't mind their poor contractors becoming bankrupt.
