@JioCare I did 151 recharge for my jio number 9177876022 yesterday 11:23 pm.Still not got the recharge benefits.I contacted both phonepay and jio customer services both are not giving proper reasons.I did dm also.

@JioCare # sometimes jio internet data suddenly gets slow the reason mobile video stuck. Hope Jio team will focus on this flaw and will use further high technology to provide nonstop data supply. Area Pincode 515134 puttaparthi (AP) Please don't ask all details. Thanks

@JioCare That’s the issue your technicians do visit and says that there is power issue and it will be sorted by other team and on the next day some new guys appears and says the same thing but no resolution, today it’s 5th day without internet, totally unacceptable

@JioCare The only thing that I can infer is that local engineer/team knows that the fault is not repairable and they are only harrassing me by closing the complaint for false reason
