@JioCare I did 151 recharge for my jio number 9177876022 yesterday 11:23 pm.Still not got the recharge benefits.I contacted both phonepay and jio customer services both are not giving proper reasons.I did dm also.

@JioCare How many day or week you have to required to solve my problem or required to cancel. If any customer apply for the new connection they without wasting any time you will accept money but if my any mistake you have required to return that amount than you will take to much time Why?

So I traveled to Thailand last week. Paid 3000 for an international roaming plan with my @reliancejio SIM. Reach there and ZERO network on Jio (Vodafone worked flawlessly). My Jio SIM was ABSOLUTELY USELESS for a week. @JioCare you better give me my money back.
