Neither 4g nor 5g is connecting smmothly .It stucks everytime i am on vc and then i have to disconnect. It's irritating. Please solve this otherwise i have to port to other operator.

This reflects poorly on your customer service, and how future issues would be handled. I therefore request you to kindly cancel the installation and refund.
