    @JioCare Just because I had complained about the additional money your engineer disconnected the wire and are giving false reasons and @JioCare Has mentioned that it cannot be resolved, so please cancel the service immediately and stop the fake dram of customer care.

    @JioCare I have purchased esim for my Ipad 10 generation, I see the network singal on my tab but still calls and sms services are not working and says number is switched off. Can only access internet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i took a jio fibre connection in August'22, and paid for 6 mnths in advance. now in jan'23 i got a bill of august, when I spoke to the cus support she told me that I need to pay the bill for 7 days of august..interestingly I had paid for 6 mnths. till feb1/2

    @JioCare lost my phone yesterday so I went my nearest jio store in my village worst staff store is open no one in the store I kept waiting in store staff is roaming around the store not caring about costomer is waiting after half and hour staff came when I said (1/3)
