@JioCare I did 151 recharge for my jio number yesterday 11:23 pm.Still not got the recharge benefits.I contacted both phonepay and jio customer services both are not giving proper reasons.

@JioCare # sometimes jio internet data suddenly gets slow the reason mobile video stuck. Hope Jio team will focus on this flaw and will use further high technology to provide nonstop data supply. Area Pincode 515134 puttaparthi (AP) Please don't ask all details. Thanks

@JioCare Hi Varun, you may not have intention to let your services down, but the ground reality is different. Simple question is how can the issue be moved to resolved State within a day multiple times without being worked on the ticket or speak to the customer even after ticket reopened.
