@JioCare I did 151 recharge for my jio number 9177876022 yesterday 11:23 pm.Still not got the recharge benefits.I contacted both phonepay and jio customer services both are not giving proper reasons.I did dm also.

@JioCare # sometimes jio internet data suddenly gets slow the reason mobile video stuck. Hope Jio team will focus on this flaw and will use further high technology to provide nonstop data supply. Area Pincode 515134 puttaparthi (AP) Please don't ask all details. Thanks

@JioCare @reliancejio # pls help - jio sim not working, abroad ? sim 9923966062 already international recharged - however in vietnam (honoi) a user, facing trouble - such as in/out calls not functioning- google translation stopped- etc. Indian jio helpline not connecting ?

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice i took a jio fiber connection today is the installation of my connection and when I call the representative he said i left the job today and I don’t know. This service provide before the connection installation. @airtelindia is much better service.

@JioCare since friday I'm getting sms from jio that internet services are down in your area it will be restored by so and so time. When the time comes another msg delaying the same arrives. It's been 3 days now. Today again I received the same sms.

@JioCare @reliancejio Please work on priority for request SR00001C3MER Jio executive promised 3 months service (1 month Trial + 1 month recharge+ 1 month referral) but after 1 month I got to know that trial and recharge pack activated for same month. It's not acceptable.
