@JioCare I did 151 recharge for my jio number yesterday 11:23 pm.Still not got the recharge benefits.I contacted both phonepay and jio customer services both are not giving proper reasons.

@JioCare # sometimes jio internet data suddenly gets slow the reason mobile video stuck. Hope Jio team will focus on this flaw and will use further high technology to provide nonstop data supply. Area Pincode 515134 puttaparthi (AP) Please don't ask all details. Thanks

@JioCare @reliancejio # pls help - jio sim not working, abroad ? sim 9923966062 already international recharged - however in vietnam (honoi) a user, facing trouble - such as in/out calls not functioning- google translation stopped- etc. Indian jio helpline not connecting ?

@JioCare SR00001B7NUS and SR00001B8KBE Dt.27.05.22. Didn’t received any call/visit from service centre till now even after making multiple calls to Jio customer care. Apart from that service centre updated WRONG information with out their visit.

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare , from today morning onwards no jio network on my phone.... I have 3 lines all are dead.. no incoming , no outgoing, no internet.. what is happening in jio Hyderabad - Miyapur Prashant Nagar. When will this issue get resolved.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I have purchased a fiber connection of jio but i guess switching to jio was my biggest mistake, they guys have very poor customer service, specially there customer care no. Its useless, ill not recommend Jio fiber to anyone, Total waste.

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare Just to update you jio service is deteriorating day by day and customer care is even more worst. Called 4th time today but 2 time auto disconnected. Rest 2 time no team leader was available to talk.

@JioCare I have been facing very pathetic network coverage while indoors. Whenever i complain to jio care i hear only one ans that many ppl using the network that is why you are facing the problem. Now i am tired. Do something or will port to other network with other 4 numbers.
