    @JioCare I wanted to port from Airtel and generated UPC code... Booked jio sim online and delivery boy did not turn up today again a new delivery boy called and saying postpaid has issues and they are not doing when i booked online and they are pushing to buy pre-paid. 1/1

    What a scam @HathwayBrdband your agent said 200mbps data is unlimited so I recharged it now it says it’s just 3k data limited! And moreover not at all a 200mbps speed worst experience with @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    Missing @JioCare #JioFibre.. Had a seamless connectivity across devices & thier apps with lowest plan (30mbps). Was thier customer for more than a year and never regretted using thier services. Using @ACTFibernet (40mbps) since May and I have one or (cont..)

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @JioCare @JioCare and mahesh what do you mean by earliest 30 days 60 day 90 days ? Are you guys not ashamed of copy pasting same templates doing no add on work to customer grievance I would suggest you to handover your work to someone who is fit to provide resolution

    @JioCare Service is absolutely terrible. I'm going to switch to Airtel V-Fiber as for the past 3 days our internet has been down and all service requests are just getting rescheduled. None of your customer support is giving any solution to this issue.

    Please don't ever try free trial of #JioFiber else you will never get your deposit back. They will just keep sending you msgs that person will come and collect the device but no one will come. I am wating since 1 month. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working from last two days... Everytime I call the customer service they say we have raised a sevice ticket and an engineer will give you a visit and nobody comes. We are working people, if this is how it works then jio is by far the worst

    Worst services for Jio fiber 5G, don’t know will Jio be able to handle 5G services in India. They are not able to solve one service number in 11 days, today is 12 th Day and no one visited for repair. @PMOIndia request you to give 5G services in good hands. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Have been promised 20 different time slots for the engineers visiting my place in the last 3 days. Every time the excuse provided has been of extreme weather and flooding which are false. Customer service executives are of no help. Official stores can't help as well.
