    @JioCare Hi this is Avik here I m a jio user Now days jio don't have network we are not Access the internet or any calls I recharged 1699 for one year but in my area we can't use jio I m staying in Bengaluru we are facing problems past 1 yr Don't play with customers valuable amount..

    @ACTFibernet services are getting regretted now a days. In a week twice internet is down. In a week more than 50 hrs internet is down. Just before @JioCare Fibernet is going to launch. Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10211355923362 is expected to be resolved by 8/4/2019 01:00:00 PM

    @reliancejio you guys have created a new record.....@JioCare told me it will be restored within few hours...its been 12hrs + and i am sitting without any network @DoT_India please take this matter as a case of serious concern

    @JioCare We are facing severe network fluctuations in our area during power outage! Please look into this ASAP... during power cuts network strength drops to 10% , data does't work! Once power restores everything works fine!

Whenever complaint raised they will ask details and do nothing. They don't know how to check the internet speed even don't know meaning of 4G speed as well. Such a disgusting @JioCare

    @JioCare Mobile Services Down in Devaladakere Village since a week. Can't believe that airtel and Jio share the same tower for infrastructure here but Airtel is providing the services but Jio Network is down..

    @reliancejio Shit network, no good connectivity even in prime locality. I am not only facing issue in single location but multiple. Forget about 4g not getting 3g speed. Complained several times and no use, still no use. Give me refund i will port out. Pathetic guys!!!!

    My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @ambani V lov d way Jio is changing our lives but at d same time Jio should set benchmarks in customer satisfaction vch unfortunately is otherwise. It has become painful 2 speak wid c support who r dropping calls left right n centre. Pls look into it.

    @JioCare Does that mean that if I’m on a minimum plan of Rs 239 I’ll get unlimited 5G data where there’s 5G signal? 4G data will remain as per the plan. Am I right?
