I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Everytime I am facing problem of internet speed problem you guies gave promise to give 30mbps speed but when I check on speedtest it give 10 to 15 mbps which disrupts
