    @JioCare Replied to your DM...that's the problem I am trying to bring to your attention... People try calling me but can't reach me from time to time because of network problem. The phone just did not ring now when you tried reaching me.

    @reliancejio It's bad to see that no signal at all prime location like Bangalore, 2nd main, KR garden, Murgeshpalya since last 20 hours. Even though contacted customer care no help so far. Please check and fix the issue.

    So wonderful service from jio! Even i could not send whatsapp message also ! I suggest my friends not to go for jio at any cost ! Rather than use a local wifi @JioCare @reliancejio

    @shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

    Otherwise I will only give you a solution, please revert my porting request so that I will port to @Idea or @vodafone or another @reliancejio, I don't understand the work that your technical team does, do not invest more money in advertising, put some on skilled workers.

    Hi team @JioCare I’m using Jio fiber. But in last 2-3 days I’m facing issue in accessing few apps like Snapchat, Instagram and Swiggy I don’t what’s wrong going on I tried many things suggested by customer care issue haven’t resolved yet please look in to it.

    @reliancejio reliance jio services are getting poor. Data balance is showing 0 while I have not used so much data. @reliancejio has came in his old way as rcom done.please give us full data as per recharge and commitment It is really cheating to exhaust data while it was not used

    @JioCare kindly refund my security deposit amount which I had paid for postpaid connection, now it's been four months of jio prepaid and haven't received the refund, customer executives listen and disconnect the calls. I paid that money within seconds and now you are not returnin

    @dev_6638 @JioCare Worse Customer care for Jiofiber. They disconnect the call without resolution and that too after asking you to wait for long time. I haven't seen worse any other service centre like Jiofiber. Unfortunately noone is listening us
