In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
