    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what is happening very other day. Exact 3:30 PM I am getting message of service disruption from JIO. Just now got it 9th time in last one month itself and it’s takes 3-4 hours to restore except one time it took 13 hours to restore. Do you want me to move out?

    @JioCare Day 11. Stop making customers run in circles with scripted replies. We pay for this service every month; we shouldn’t have to beg for basic support. No resolution, no ETA, no ownership, and no meaningful update for 11 days.
