    My connection has not been reestablished even after payin postpaid bill for my idea number. I am not ready to pay late payment fees. If this pathetic service continues I might think of porting to jio or airtel @idea_cares @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @VodafoneIN really very upset with the service with regard to excess billing. Really news to find alternative. No proper reply from customer service team. News better service provider. @airtelindia @reliancejio @BSNL_KTK

    @JioCare The common reply from jio is "We will get this sorted right away. Simply DM a valid Jio number to assist you further". What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Received a call from Jio , not sure for what purpose I received and some messages which I don't recognize. My preferred language is Tamil, English. I don't know any other language. World largest 4G network don't know how to communicate Jio is a shit.

    @JioCare For your kind information your customer care said there is no slot available. It will be done tomorrow. I had booked slot for today in the myjio app still they cancelled it without any notice. Is there such lack of resources, why u provide service then !! @JioCare
