    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your policies do not refund the customer their money when your app says transaction unsuccessful, yet deduct money and keep it queued. Customer care personnel says policies do not allow refund. Why should I pay for your incompetence ? #FAIL #Jio

    @reliancejio we had disconnected our number 6360424247 end of November. While disconnecting we paid extra amount to cover any amount that may accrue during disconnection process. We continue to get bills with no full and final settlement confirmation. Please help.

    Hello @reliancejio and @JioCare Today's I called to my best friend number. Both of us using jio sim card. When I called him at that time same number call transfer to another person. How this possible !? both having enough network coverage so hard or soft handoff not possible.
