The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

Your system accepted the payments, but customer care says no refund or transfer is possible. If the connection is terminated, why allow recharges?
