    @JioCare We are facing severe network fluctuations in our area during power outage! Please look into this ASAP... during power cuts network strength drops to 10% , data does't work! Once power restores everything works fine!

    @ACTFibernet services are getting regretted now a days. In a week twice internet is down. In a week more than 50 hrs internet is down. Just before @JioCare Fibernet is going to launch. Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10211355923362 is expected to be resolved by 8/4/2019 01:00:00 PM

    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    @JioCare Today I called your CC and the CC person told me the refund date as 10-June, but it was not refunded. She told me the status as Refund in process. How long it will be in process. Since status is in process, she cannot raise complaint. Then why CC people are there @reliancejio

    @JioCare How long do we have to wait? The time for engineer assignment was yesterday!!!!!! Still waiting for same. If you guys are unable to provide services why don't you just issue us the refund. We would switch to other service providers.
