@JioCare , I am a prepaid customer. I paid 1699 rupees for your service. It is one year plan. After one month of subscription, there is no signal. I am getting frustration. Don't think customer is a fool. Don't make the promises you can't keep.

@reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

@reliancejio 2 GB no use , even if it's 3 GB no use. Because of poor data speed in most areas, not even loading google page sometimes is your so called world largest 4G network is a totall mess.

@JioCare ,it is 3rd time in 4 days. I gave all details im DM. Don't ask me again. As soon as I reached home from office i observed this issue. There is full signal at devarabeesanahalli fly over. But there is no service at 4th cross. Yesterday issue got resolved at 8PM.

No indoor 5g coverage in Daranagar, Kotwali area of Varanasi. Earlier speeds were just 5.5 Mbps, but now, there's no 5g signal inside home. @reliancejio being pathetic as always. Your 4g speed is like 3g and now 5g coverage is no good @JioCare #5gspeed
