    Otherwise I will only give you a solution, please revert my porting request so that I will port to @Idea or @vodafone or another @reliancejio, I don't understand the work that your technical team does, do not invest more money in advertising, put some on skilled workers.

    Dear @reliancejio ,I am raising weekly two requests for my network issue on @JioCare . By giving temporary issue reason, request gets completed.

    @reliancejio I surrendered my Jio broadband on 31/03/22. Returned the devices on 15/04/22 only after numerous follow ups with your team. It has been >90 days since then & 20+ emails with @JioCare & appellate team but no resolution. Just want to ask - does Jio care at all?
