    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service, they don't have remote technical team to resolve customer issues. Technical knowledge of service advisors who visit the premises also very low, since two months not able to use the #JioFiber

    @dot @JioCare Network coverage is too bad in my Area(Bangalore) last 1years. Several complaints send by me to jio but problem still persist. Data speed lower than 2G.. today & yesterday i tried to calling to my friends its unable to connect., even for @reliancejio also

    @JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

    @JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.
