    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @reliancejio Hi Jio True5G Claimer, I am in Bengaluru , Balladur Area and haven't ever seen 5G signal at my phone till the time writing this. Can you please let us know, what are the places in Bengaluru , where 5G signal is available.

    @reliancejio Not able to make calls to Dharmasthala Landline numbers. Unsupportive support. Just shows how Jio is misleading folks that STD is allowed 08256266607

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Despite waiting for more than a week, my JioFiber connection was not installed. Customer care informed me that it could take up to 15 days, which was unacceptable for my business needs. Yesterday, I applied for Airtel Fibre and received same-day installation. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Raised a relocation request after recharge, but now being told service is unavailable. Also faced rude behaviour from support and my call was disconnected. Requesting cancellation and refund/adjustment of recharge amount. Kindly assist urgently #JioFiber #CustomerSupport

    The Jio network is good in most parts of Shahabad, Hardoi, but there is a major issue in my specific locality. The internet speed is very slow, and services shut down completely during power outages because the neighboring tower does not have generator backup. @JioCare

    @jio_fiber Hey @JioCare, my service took 68 hours to resume after constant escalations. Don't let your internal database falsely log this as "resolved on time" again. Check the MyJio app records, look at the recurring failures over the last 3 months, and adjust my billing for the lost time
