I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Based on my personal experience, Jio has been the worst in terms of customer service. Engineer assignments without actual visits, repeated delays and false assurances have made this experience.
