@JioCare Super network operator Jio. Even to recharge for prepaid connection I failed to do it after 8-10 tries. Wonderful network. A most bloodiest network is Jio. My foot to your network. Your Jio is a bogus and fraud company cheating customers with govt permission. Shut Jio

My Jio fi number was terminated as I did not recharge for three months. But it let me recharge under Jio fi. Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio

@reliancejio why are you changing plans and inconveniencing users. Have always recharged for 199 and never had to do top-up to call non jio users. Why is it asking me to recharge now?

@JioCare @reliancejio Your policies do not refund the customer their money when your app says transaction unsuccessful, yet deduct money and keep it queued. Customer care personnel says policies do not allow refund. Why should I pay for your incompetence ? #FAIL #Jio

@reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

@reliancejio Not even signal proof that you activated 5g on any device. No video no proof. Even i have iphone 13 pro max with ios 16.2 beta. I have 5g option but with already 399 postpaid plan and in delhi i never got any 5g signal bit with airtel everything is working smoothly
