@JioCare As expected yesterday scheduled device pickup was not done(failed commitment 6th time) and today new service request created new timeline of 2week “Your service request number is SR000016QAVK. You will receive an update by 04/10/2021 14:05” Lets see @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

I am trying my luck from past 5 months to get them to stop their SPAM calls but nothing working. Since @reliancejio has taken a stack their service sucks
