@JioCare I have not received my jio fibre refund for the last 25 days. I have called jio fibre multiple times for this issue. Everytime I call, they disconnect when I talk about the complainant. This is absolutely pathetic. I wasn't even shouting at the customer rep. Poor support

@reliancejio may I know the reason behind haunting and legal threats from you customer service of some bill for a number which was closed long before bill was released? These is pure loot. Your service I never used to make even a single call and got it closed within a month!

@JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

@JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

A month ago I needed Wifi so I approached various service providers but unfortunately many of ISP didn't have service available in my area but promised me to get it done with a month today I got confirmation from @airtelindia, Wefe, Wiretel but a straight denial from @JioCare

This makes me question the credibility of @reliancejio claiming to be the most accessible fiber provider of Bhubaneswar. Kudos to @Airtel_Presence & the local ISPs such as Wefe & Wiretel for better customer experience.
