@JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

Good job @JioCare even after repeated follow ups and more than 3 days of raising a complaint, it cannot be resolved . If jio fiber cannot handle such a small issue, then stop advocating your brand. Is someone concerned at top management or you don't listen to decent customers ?

@JioCare i lodged a complaint on 12th November, 2021. I was asked to share the concern by DM. I did so. It's been close to 3 months now and besides platitudes, there's no real effort towards a resolution of the complaint.
