    @JioCare The common reply from jio is "We will get this sorted right away. Simply DM a valid Jio number to assist you further". What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Received a call from Jio , not sure for what purpose I received and some messages which I don't recognize. My preferred language is Tamil, English. I don't know any other language. World largest 4G network don't know how to communicate Jio is a shit.

    @reliancejio poorest services. Fiber got disconnected 4 days back and not got resolution till now. Made repeated calls . Bathinda punjab has poorest after sale service. I recommend not to go for jio fiber ever.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio internet speed is getting worse day by day i guess people have to choose Airtel over jio. Jio customer care always have one dialogue "asuvidha k liye shama bhut log ek sath internet use kr rhe h isliye ye problem aa rhi h ". Jio is lacking infrastructure
