    @reliancejio I have been facing terrible data speed for the past 10 days. This is despite the fact that current plan is valid upto 14 Sept. I have been trying to contact your customer care operatives but have been unable to do so.

    @JioCare Hey guys... Awaiting your reply ? Issued is still not resolved nor anyone called me from your technical team. May i know when the issue will be resolved. Even after numerous complained no resolution till date. 27th - till today ! Poorly handled.

    @JioCare Have sent you the details in private message. Kindly take care. It is not acceptable that you can't restore a service issue in a Metro city in 3 days. Doubtful about the service in tier2 or tier3 cities. Highly disappointing and good reason to switch to other providers. #JioFiber
