  @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

  Hoped porting to @reliancejio would be hassle-free, but I’m stuck without a working SIM for 2+ days. New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.

It just informs that your order is under process for past 11 days. Such a pathetic service. Really #ambanis are only paisa aane do no out going.
