    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio have changed international roaming policy from last Thursday 14 May 2025. Which was not communicated to customer about the changes. Now requires 3599/- domestic plan to receive a signal and sms. The previous recharge is ineffective . @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @JioCare @sumankargupta I have tried IVR support, complaints, and repeated follow-ups on Twitter/X, but every response only mentions a “future installation date” which never arrives. This has already taken a lot of my time and energy. Requesting your help in getting this resolved 🙏. 3/3

    Jio changed the IR policy and disconnected the signal from last Thursday 14 May 2026. Still having valid domestic recharge active plan. Now requires specific domestic recharge plan 3599 /- to receive SMS/ signal for International roaming. @JioCare @JioHotstar
