    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare Internet has not been working since morning. I raised a complaint and was told resolution in 5 hr 44 mins. Now it's night and still no fix. If you cannot provide service, refund my recharge amount or I will port to Airtel.

    FUKC THIS @reliancejio @JioCare the network of jio was so damn good back in the day but it has been a month it's so ******, AND 5g ,it's just so worse nowadays, it is getting me hard times, made my facilities so uncomfortable to use it is just so annoying time to switch I guess

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @JioCare This is outright unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Order placed on 26th March for same-day delivery. Today is 9th April — no delivery, NO refund, and zero accountability. You’ve taken my money and failed to provide the service.

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

    @UIDAI ,@JioCare,@TRAI from last two days I a. Facing issue in getting otp from adhar portal on my registered mobile number. I have already cross checked with jio operator and vivo company also .They stated there is no glitch from their side. Even I cross checked through madhar.

    Funny and Frustrating Stuff by Jio. My wifi was running at 10 MBPS and we have a plan of 30MBPS. Technician came and tried to fix it. Now the speed is just 5 MBPS. Absolutely legendary stuff by @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Reliance @JioCare I’ve been a customer since 2015 with consistently good service in Trivandrum. After relocating to Vyttila, Kochi (~1.5 km from Vyttila), I’ve faced severe network issues since Jan 2026—data is unreliable, calls drop frequently, and 4G↔5G fluctuates constantly.
