There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.
