  Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

However, in reality, the network is extremely weak and mostly falls back to 4G. I have attached screenshots as proof showing the mismatch between claimed coverage and actual service quality
