    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    Which network has good Singal strength in electronic city @reliancejio @VodafoneIN . @Airtel_Presence doesn't have because i am using that and have complaint to them regarding there poor service still no action has been taken.

    Don't know what magic you are blessed with... On the same mobile I tried @reliancejio it was providing 4g but the speed was slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The issue has still not been resolved. more than 60hrs. Do you have no SLA? And worst thing is service request SR000014VVNK has been marked as ‘closed’. horrible service !! No one even called or resolved.

    @JioCare Facing issue while using internet sometimes it works fine and sometime the Volte is not showing. When I tried to connect customer services the call got disconnected more than 5 to 10 times and I m not even got a single call back. WtH

    Should I stop using and throw @JioCare @reliancejio SIM. So many days, still internet not working properly. Useless customer care and worst service.
