    @JioCare As expected yesterday scheduled device pickup was not done(failed commitment 6th time) and today new service request created new timeline of 2week “Your service request number is SR000016QAVK. You will receive an update by 04/10/2021 14:05” Lets see @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani after long follow up on multiple channels. device pickup done last week now no update on refund(Approx 7800/-). It has been more than month have canceled fiber. all these started with false commitment/bad service on internet availability. Please advise

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioCare Even after this, I called Mr. Rahul told him my issue then he replied that he will check and call me back. He did not call me back. On the night I received the message your order has been cancelled and my Rs. 3200 amount stuck for 5-7 days.

    Regarding order # 16490112240002373A, I got a message from jio Mart that due to technical issue the order is cancelled. But in app it is still not showing as cancelled. Why this discrepancy? Please cancel the order and initiate the refund. @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio
