    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber Free trail is biggest scam ... Jio sales people are forcing people to take 1 month advance recharge so that they cant cancel connection if they dont like... Fake advertisement of free trail and fake promises. @MumbaiPolice plz take action
