    Finally Jio Fibre working after 7 days. What was the issue ? I asked, he told connector cut at the pole. I am shocked, that could be done on Day 1. This is possible only when we went to Jio service center. @JioCare @reliancejio #worstservice #jioservicecentre

    @JioCare problem unresolved for 20 days now. Everyday a someone would call and ask to describe what is open. Do you folks even use a CRM or a complaint management system ? You can afford to waste your time. Do not try to waste mine

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_bank Terrible service! Scam from Jio I paid Ajio through Jio wallet as it has offer post that I returned few Items so I got a refund from Ajio to Jio wallet now I can’t take back that amount to my account nor can use it to pay as they have limit !

    It's feels like we are back to 2G days, when ever you try to use @airtelindia for internet uses in Belandur Bengalore, Not even able to open Twitter. Using @reliancejio network to complain on twiter also. 😡😡😡

    @JioCare Service is absolutely terrible. I'm going to switch to Airtel V-Fiber as for the past 3 days our internet has been down and all service requests are just getting rescheduled. None of your customer support is giving any solution to this issue.

    What a scam @HathwayBrdband your agent said 200mbps data is unlimited so I recharged it now it says it’s just 3k data limited! And moreover not at all a 200mbps speed worst experience with @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    To whomever it may concern... @JioCare has the worst possible service for the jio fiber. From three days I have had no internet and they kept saying we are working on priority and finally today I have cancelled the subscription and have learnt my lesson... Save yourself

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working from last two days... Everytime I call the customer service they say we have raised a sevice ticket and an engineer will give you a visit and nobody comes. We are working people, if this is how it works then jio is by far the worst

    @TataPlayin, most horrible experience faced. No service avl from 24 hrs. Canceling a old ticket takes more than 24hrs, new ticket not accepted.. Great policy for customers!!. @reliancejio here I come..

    @JioCare It's two days already, and I keep hearing we are looking into this. If by first half tomorrow the issue is not resolved kindly Remove the router and connection and give me my refund... Jio fiber is the worst possible internet connection and I will let my friends know this too

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare I expected the service much better.This is the pathetic service exprience i ever had.Each time i call callcentre there is new timeline given and its been more than 10 days i purchased card for the same number which i lost and its still not active.
