But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Because as power cut in my area , i get notifications from Jio for network connectivity issue & when power supply resumes then I get notification for services resume.
