    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst AI implementation on 198 . I call to register complaint, but AI keeps on saying " Mai apki madad kr sakti hu" in place of asking to connect customer service associate. Worst ever I experienced. I have urgent complaint about voucher ,but still no help

    @JioCare Day 5. Despite repeated follow ups there is still no update on installation cancellation or refund. Ur team keeps sending generic responses but no one has provided a clear resolution or even a service request number. How much longer should i wait for a proper response?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Last week i requested for relocating my jio fiber connection. modem was collected on 27th and got info that relocation would happen on 28 , but no one has showed up yet. I called jio customer care and it says my cancellation request is successfully placed

    @JioCare I don’t think any customer gives this much time for follow-ups just for a new connection. It shd have been done in one go. Mailed twice, tried local/verbal follow-ups too, but still no response. Kindly resolve ASAP.
