    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia both sucks. None of them support their prepaid sims in apple watch cellular model. Hav to wait 3 months now to shift to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio dear jio, I am using Jiofiber from last one year and I am facing frequent disconnection from last 15 days , I have raised complaint multiple times but without resolution complaint are getting closed . Kindly request your support in this regard

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    Since 29th Dec we are struggling to get our connectivity issue resolved by you but none of your request engineer is visiting and everytime whenever we are contacting customer support they are asking us to wait. Service number-SR00001GGWBA We want refund . @JioCare @reliancejio

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My internet service is stopped since 7th June 2026, evening. I have already raised complaint on 8th June 2026 morning. Request ID is SR00003AJWDD. Yet no response is done till now and the problem is not resolved yet. Kindly resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare it has been more than 24 hours since i requested a service engineer visit for the replacement of jio airfiber unit as it suddenly caught fire but no engineer has been assigned till now.I am unable to use the internet. My service request no. is SR00003AUA93.

    @JioCare My broadband has not been working since 9th July. I raised a service request (SR00002MFVUS), but no engineer has been assigned yet. The call center is also unable to provide any resolution.Please look into this urgently and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

    .@JioCare, your internet service has been an absolute disgrace. There’s no proper support. Whenever I raise a complaint, no one responds, and instead, you simply mark it as resolved without fixing the issue. Have some shame and start taking customer complaints seriously.
