I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

I am using an imported top end phone Xiaomi 17 Pro and when I am on Airtel sim 5g network all notifications come instantly at home or outside but when I am on Jio wifi home then all stops.
