    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team Jio This has the reference to Complaint Service request no SR000035FAO9 dated 8/5/26 and many earlier requests of frequent breakdown of internet 🛜 connectivity which is persistently occurring. I have also apprised your several service engineers that the problem lies in the junction box as the wires get disconnected due to wind or when other connections are attended to by your technicians. I have been told me that they will change the junction box, which has not been changed yet. And the problem is not yet solved, I along with other residents of this area are also facing the same problem.

    @JioCare @mumbaitales Shireen- Techinician never answered the call and later it was rescheduled 3 days after and when I put request for new connection . Got call in 30 mins. How can we wait for 3 days without internet and without office work. Your service is quick for new connection but worst for old
