@JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

@JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

@JioCare Sir/mam, I have installed jio fiber few days ago. Your saleman came and said to get jio postpaid plan for 6 months and told that i can discontinue whenever i want but when i called customer care to relocate they said not available in that area and can not refund money.
