Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

totaly fed up of @Airtel_Presence... took about a minute to load twitter... playstore said no connection.. and on top of this they descrease there daily limit to 1gb .... the only reason i cant change my connection is that even @reliancejio is bad..bc chutiya bna dia hai @CDhwaj

@JioCare Please activate my International Roaming. I have made a recharge that is reflecting in my account with no network. You charge customers with no guarantee of service. No option to receive any network without IR recharge and then I receive no service.

@reliancejio I am getting only 3 mbps of speed at my location and only 1 signal bar. Airtel has better network over here. I can't use mobile internet properly. I'll switch to airtel plan if this is not fixed. Your customer service is just bots. Nobody actually looks into it
