You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?
