Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Even if you complain to the higher authorities, there will be no effect. Therefore, do not take @reliancejio service. Use the service of any other company, especially those from Katra, Jammu and Kashmir.
