    @JioCare I'm.unable to login to jiofi portal 192.168.225.1. My RMN is 8762557150. Had changed the username sometime back. Even service centre guys r unable to resolve the issue. There is no forgot username or password option. Place help. Bangalore.

    My @airtelindia SIM card goes dead without a reason, I buy a @JioCare SIM card and it’s internet is pathetic. I thought airtel was the worst ever internet provider, but Jio is worse than that. 😡😡

    @JioCare my plan was over so u recharged yesterday. My recharge was successful but since yesterday I am not able to call anyone via my jio number. Rest everything is fine. Please solve this issue. It's urgent.

    @JioCare and 2nd question is when I'm told the multipurpose voucher i got for additional two months is free why I'm charged for that also, if this is such a big hassle for jio to respond to can you pls cancel my connection and refund me the full amount that I paid

    @DoT_India @JioCare @DoT_India I'm losing my patience tremendously. B4 November 2019, the network & internet issues were majorly occurring. But after Nov, it has gone beyond my tolerance level. Top of that, @JioCare has been giving lame excuses. I have paid for the services, not 2 hear lame excuses.

    @reliancejio @JioMart egroup I ordered a product on 11th September by COD method under offer and after 3 days it got cancelled automatically and when enquired about that the customer care told that it is servor error.If no proper management then why give offers beyond limits.

    @JioCare highly disappointed.more than 45 days and I have not got refund of my security deposit for fiber trial offer. Multiple follow ups but no use. Why do you commit something if you don’t want to honour your offer. Never thought Reliance will come to so low levels

    Hi @JioCare Can you pls resolve the logged issue. It has been a week since I have initiated the process for JIO Fibre installation. I am receiving the update on SMS for installation, but no one is showing up. Sales Rep, Vinod is not responding. This is turning into a nightmare.
