    @JioCare , I am a prepaid customer. I paid 1699 rupees for your service. It is one year plan. After one month of subscription, there is no signal. I am getting frustration. Don't think customer is a fool. Don't make the promises you can't keep.

    @JioCare ,it is 3rd time in 4 days. I gave all details im DM. Don't ask me again. As soon as I reached home from office i observed this issue. There is full signal at devarabeesanahalli fly over. But there is no service at 4th cross. Yesterday issue got resolved at 8PM.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat What is the use of 4G data of 2GB or 5 GB when the network is poor quality signal and not able use it as per standard. Time to quit fraud Jio. Free to monthly plan n to extra charges. Time to throw Jio sim cards.

    @reliancejio 2 GB no use , even if it's 3 GB no use. Because of poor data speed in most areas, not even loading google page sometimes is your so called world largest 4G network is a totall mess.

    @JioCare Since 7 days your fiber box was damaged i paid for 7-8 days without using your service is this way to making fool to customer. Whenever i raised reqst everytime get closed without resolved many times i raised issue regarding OTT amaxone prime app. Regarda, Ujjawal

    @JioCare Dear jio, i am trying to buy a postpaid connection. But, your jio office staff saying that "your aadhaar is from outstation, so i will not give you postpaid connection." But, my jio prepaid connection is from same circle, i.e, Odisha. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Fed up with regular breakdowns and disruptions in my Jio fibre connection. It may sound harsh but had I not paid for next next 4 months I would have got it disconnected. The complaint procedure is not smooth. Sine last 3 days we are waiting for someone to repair.

    @tschaeferm “(for exceptions you have to book special plans)” that sucks. At least @reliancejio doesn't block in-bound on IPv6 on 4G/LTE – Plus native 1500 MTU over their 4G/LTE which is spotless.
