@reliancejio I am receiving1-2 bars of network and low internet speeds in my region. The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

Want to move from @reliancejio to any #network. Trying since 3days, yet unsuccessful. Two of the @Airtel outlets says there’re no sims or the network is down. And @VodafoneIN outlets have been closed down since 3 days. Searching in this summer for porting the number is #hell!!

@JioCare there is no voice connectivity in my are signal strength is 2 to 1 and it's becoming a problem to talk to people.. Internet I have forgotten.. First my college then my residence I will be porting back to @VodafoneIN thing is 90 days is not over

@JioCare 11/11/2022 I have complained to you and you still haven't resolved the complaint, don't feel ashamed at all. As soon as the recharge is over, the SIM is closed at 12 o'clock, but it is not possible to resolve the complaint within the same time.

Whenever raised a service request,@JioCare will close it automatically without solving the issue.keep on raising but they keep on closing the request.atleast if they refund my prepaid money will be helpful.

@JioCare KA - 560016 and I have already placed a port request & I got a call in 12 hrs @airtelindia ur end is coming since you started disrespecting customer and loosing your vision towards your mission statement. It's doesn't bother even if Jio is not the best in LTE in all locations.

@JigarPota @JioCare Don't go for Jio if you want to suffer & see fraudulent behavior from Jio. I have reported complaint almost 1 month now & no one bothered to send technical engineer at home to check why broadband connection is not working. Just cheating customer by their drafted statements.
