    @reliancejio Hi Jio, Today I walked into a Jio Showroom to take a new SIM. To my shock, Aadhar card physical copy was requested. In today's scenario, I fail to understand why Aadhar digital copy show through mAadhar app or Digilocker is not being accepted.

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @JioCare is #cheating, it says amazon prime will be available for 999 package. But for me its asking to purchase. When I call to customer care they say you don't have amazon prime pack you need to purchase. @MukeshAmbanima #cheaters customer support works like robot

    @JioCare I have sent several emails stating I am relocating and unable to raise request on the portal. No one has called me to sort the issue. I received email stating by 3rd it will be sorted but no one has called and the portal shows some error. What's happening??

    @JioCare @reliancejio after 3 attempts i was finally able to get a ticket raised for my JioFiber Speed and packet drop issue. Attempt 1. CALL Attempt 2. Watsapp Attempt 3. Live chat Hoping to get this issue fixed now.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare I am right beneath the tower which is and can’t even receive signal till here. It only happens with airtel and Jio which uses same tower at Sallar Anantnag. Why is this not being addressed and do you want me to get intervene from local Tehsil?
