Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

The tower remains switched off for most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. During that time, the network and speed are good. It seems the tower is being kept off to save diesel
