    @JioCare very disappointed with the internet speed and network coverage. Voice Calls unclear. In Bangalore most areas the internet service being provided is very poor around 144 kbps approx. It doesn't seems to be a 4G speed. Please improve both the service annoyed customer.

    @JioCare I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion but it is not reflecting in MyJio app and my bills are getting accrued everyday. I have also paid 543(99 prime + 444 pack) at Manavalanagar Jio Customer care office for prepaid plan. Please help with this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Where the refund was processed. Share the payment reference details. No refund found . No one is going to take it seriously. When I followed up with customer care I found the complaint was closed without intimation.Complaint no. SR0000IEZQCI Date 31 oct 2022.
