    @JioCare @TRAI jio doesnt understand the meaning of "complaints" .. Work from home is very difficult in this difficult time and on that your network breaks,most of the time goes to no coverage and not getting incoming calls or out going calls & i just ported to jio of a family

    @JioCare I have not received my jio fibre refund for the last 25 days. I have called jio fibre multiple times for this issue. Everytime I call, they disconnect when I talk about the complainant. This is absolutely pathetic. I wasn't even shouting at the customer rep. Poor support

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio @JioCare service request no. - SR00001FW03M its been more than 48 hrs. Issue has not been resolved not good service we paid full amount for jio fiber out of which 2 days are without net poor service exevutives not repairing. Refund my 2 days bill payment.

    Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue” Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas. (Sunevkhurd,Hansot, Bharuch) Very Bad @JioCare @TRAI @MIB_India

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance Jio new connection service is pathetic. People are not trained properly. All are working on trial & error basis. Even two days after porting mobile connection from Vi, data and message service not working. Service person taking it lightly.
