@JioCare Had told this in the first tweet/DM itself as to how I can go during lockdown n customer area is congested in service center. All other features of Google asst are working, except calling. It's not a device problem. Some issue in software/update. Call me to understand the problem

Had an issue with my @reliancejio connection. Logged a complaint last night and today by 11am, the issue was fixed. The support engineers were knowledgeable and very meticulous. Very well done and credit where it is due.

@JioCare I have sent several emails stating I am relocating and unable to raise request on the portal. No one has called me to sort the issue. I received email stating by 3rd it will be sorted but no one has called and the portal shows some error. What's happening??

@reliancejio Hi Jio, Today I walked into a Jio Showroom to take a new SIM. To my shock, Aadhar card physical copy was requested. In today's scenario, I fail to understand why Aadhar digital copy show through mAadhar app or Digilocker is not being accepted.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing some issues in my jio sim due to which i went to my nearby jio service centre for replacement of my jio sim at TODABHIM, Dis- KARAULI, RAJASTHAN. at the centre they refused to replace my sim and told that if you take a new jio connection
