I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Vi needs to work on expanding their network coverage because no doubt Jio ticks that box. Hope they bring UL pack.
