Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

They told me that I will have to buy a 349 INR plan and I paid them on their scanner. Later that day, due to some issues at home, I then cancelled my porting.
