    @JioCare This is regarding 6295039163, The current pack is still active, and a new recharge has been already made. But, outgoing is barred, and there is no data, inspite of active pack. Your CC has been contacted, but they informed they cant do anything on this. Pls help on this.

    Thanks @reliancejio for bailing me out with good speed internet at the need of the hour. My broadband was down, my data card internet speed wasn't up to the mark in my entire area.

    I strongly recommend others to not join #jio network in future. Forgot about speed there is no presence of network at least in the city like #Bengaluru.. Time to say bye bye @reliancejio @JioCare

    @_CaffeineCoder @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @idea_cares @VodafoneIN loot money from their customers. And if you ask for the reason, they will never tell you. Slow internet service is much better than being looted.

    @JioCare #reliancejio #jio #Modi Jio it's high time to get this issue to be resolved and I have DM the requested details. Resolved it ASAP else I will go for consumer forum and bring this to TRAI as well. Not here to wait for 180 days. Mobile phone is very important.

    @JioCare the network hardly exists at Forum Shantiniketan Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. Have a check with network coverage & data speeds (not even 100kbps!)

    @reliancejio @JioCare May I know what is the use of taking 4G connection and doing data booster recharge when it is taking 3 hours to just download a 2GB file. Network provider are not able to provide good speed in Bangalore city only. @TRAI @aajtak @indiatvnews

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio Could it be a postpaid/prepaid thing? My Postpaid Sims have got it but not the Prepaid ones. Prepaid onea are in Pixel so maybe that is one reason. However 5G is unstable - time and again it says I'm out of coverage area, VoWifi doesn't work as well.

    @reliancejio my service request is closed after 55 minutes from raised complaint. No one communicated to solve the problem. Again they told sir we are running with internal server error. See jio is from reliance and they don’t have good service. Scam is progressing their revenue. #jioscam
