    @JioCare Thanks jio surely have to look at your services. Meanwhile @ACTFibernet it was just loose power from junction box and u have taken 48hrs to fix this. No so called cable cut and all. Please be prompt in solving issue rather giving fake reasons.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Waiting time for jiofibre complaint to attend is min. 24 hours after generating token. During the conference, jio fibre lost internet connection. They are not even bothered to check the system for any technical error or anything else. No other means too.

    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?
