@CA_MihirModi @reliancejio They also had the choice of revising existing plans but they chose not to. They started their services saying life time free voice calls and retracted back from that statement within 3 years of launch. The existing tariffs are too low. My simple point is never believe Reliance.

@reliancejio @JioCare The quality of video on the JioTV app is not very clear even after setting the quality to high. No issue with network but the picture quality is not good even for HD channels. It's all pixelated. Please fix it. All HD channels problem.

@JioCare And a user has to sit at home waiting for the engineer's visit,without the ability to contact them. clearing their schedule, hoping that they show up and resolve the issue. Don't you feel there is some sort of disconnect where the user is completely kept in the dark?
