The process was swift, got sim door delivered, activated, verification done in the comforts of my home. My data is working like magic. Why I wasted 5 years with Airtel?

What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.
