  @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

  @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

  @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

The stores here are almost always overcrowded—perhaps because many users are facing network-related issues. All dues have been cleared.   @JioCare @JioCare You reopened the service request and the engineer will again just call me and mark the request as resolved just like what happened today. There should be repercussions for behavior like this, the engineer is disconnecting my calls whenever it connects showing intention.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber in Ahmedabad has been down for over 1 month. Multiple complaints and service requests have been raised, but every time we're promised a technician visit and no one comes. We've paid for the service but received nothing. Resolve this immediately.

  @JioCare The issue was resolved but I was charged for the wire. If Jio will charge for these low quality replacements every time then it will not make any sense to continue with Jio. Also these issues occur frequently.
