The ‘live chat’ feature of all service providers are as f*ucked up as their network & service. Of no use at any given time of day. When can we see a better service providers & inproved service sectors @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet

@JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

@reliancejio Its hard to reach your customer care and your Jio App has crashed already. @ashumadan4 You are right, on practical grounds Airtel is still best. Seems Mukesh bhai will do same with shareholder funds like Anil😝

@reliancejio Even after getting investments from @Mubadala, @Facebook, @silverlakemov @KKRiders etc of about 87,655 cr in a week your calls quality is getting worst day by day. I think you should maintain the quality atleast comparable to @Airtel_Presence.

@JioCare Area- Kankarbagh, PatnaJio fibre has not been working form 24/05(Monday) night. Two executives have come to fix it today but were not able to. Called Jio care in the afternoon at around 2 and was told it will be fixed by 5 in the evening but it is not yet been fixed.
