There is no point to use family plan then if one single service request will take more than 1 week to get clarification only but still not having any idea. #disappointed #jio

I totally understand it will take some time but some tentative date would help more.

Online classes of kids are effected.

U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service
