@Kiran_Kalladka @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI I request you to change it to Vodafone.they are the best as of now.atleast if you told them any issues they will listen and try to resolve it.i m using both jio and Vodafone but i mostly use Vodafone & i loved them.

@JioCare very disappointed with the internet speed and network coverage. Voice Calls unclear. In Bangalore most areas the internet service being provided is very poor around 144 kbps approx. It doesn't seems to be a 4G speed. Please improve both the service annoyed customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio outside city call Audio are never clear on Jio network. Within Bangalore calls are fine I'm not able to connect on call well with people outside of the city. Includes jio network outside Bangalore... Please fix this. I am frustrated with this

@reliancejio I’m just fed up of your support team for broadband connection. It’s been a week since we have put our application, but it’s still being postponed. It was postponed to today morning 10:00 am,then 6:00 pm & now u postpone it to tomorrow.

Hell with you @JioCare @reliancejio Recharge successful on my mobile number, but balance not updated even after 4days. Subsequent recharge fails. There is no customer care to talk to. All you have is a stupid bot. Pissed off.

Whether it’s @reliancejio or @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN /@Idea , if we want to use the Mobile Services, it’s mandatory to pay for the services whatsoever prices they fix! No need to keep bugging about the Price Hike! We must know how to manage our usage.

@JioCare Total fraud going on cheap service and illiterate engineer only they are making money and making fool of customer no one come to resolve or fixed problem efficiently only they are doing temporary work so the customer is in trouble many times in a month and can't use it properly.

@JioCare I want full compensation for those days in which I can't use jio fiber because of No Internet and a proper and efficient resolution for further. If you can't provide service to the customer so you can't have right to be in a market with cheap services. Where customer troubles.
