I have the work from home plan of 251. The data is exhausted. I activate another wfh. I can’t activate it now. Note I don’t use the sim on any phone. Only the device . Help!

The store guy suggested the same but he said the server is down. I faced similar situation here before. If that is so, how would you serve customers?
