@reliancejio I am receiving1-2 bars of network and low internet speeds in my region. The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

Let me tell you the secret of #Jio tech team. They have no idea how to solve any issue so they will call a million times until you fail to pickup 1 post which they will mark the issue resolved on basis of you not answering that 1 time. Pure Genius!! @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare - I had an jio fiber issue (red light blinking ) so got one engineer to check and he asked me to pay 2500 for router and setup box for new (he told your router is old which is installed one year before ) & old money will be refunded
