    @TelecomTalk Still @Airtel_Presence needs to learn a lot from @JioCare When we recharge for a plan before expiry of existing plan, #Airtel activates new plan immediately ignoring existing plan which is still valid, where as #Jio never does that, it waits for completion of old plan.

    @DoT_India @JioCare @DoT_India I'm losing my patience tremendously. B4 November 2019, the network & internet issues were majorly occurring. But after Nov, it has gone beyond my tolerance level. Top of that, @JioCare has been giving lame excuses. I have paid for the services, not 2 hear lame excuses.

    @JioCare my plan was over so u recharged yesterday. My recharge was successful but since yesterday I am not able to call anyone via my jio number. Rest everything is fine. Please solve this issue. It's urgent.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I am facing network issues from 20 days .Such a bad network i had never faced this type of problem. If we check the internet speed getting below 3 MBPS Download and 0.5 MBPS Upload .What a network .Please resolve the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Please resolve the issue of call drops and slow internet ASAP, whenever i contact customer care they always have same line which they copy and paste which is “users are more, network will be expanded soon”. Give me ETA or else I’ll port out.
