I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Going through worst customer service experience ever among all internet service providers. @jiocare Have let me go through an ordeal of harrowing experience after placing a request for relocation since 26th June. Will suggest at least 100 people whom I know about this experience and will ask them to never subscribe to JioFiber at their home. @Jiofiber treats it's customer in most pathetic manner. Most annoying of it is they don't give a damn about this even after realising this.
