I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
