How come network data can be connected from all the from #Mumbai to #Bangalore when server point in Bangalore couldn't provide proper coverage, guess youself and do you think that could it cover the network from 858km away @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@JioCare Hi Jio, we are not getting Jio network Signal at Syndicate bank layout, Herohalli, Bangalore since to days. In spite of repeated complaint no action is taken. Morning 6am when asked executive told it will be ready in 5 to 13 hours. Accordingly the time is over.

@CA_MihirModi @reliancejio They also had the choice of revising existing plans but they chose not to. They started their services saying life time free voice calls and retracted back from that statement within 3 years of launch. The existing tariffs are too low. My simple point is never believe Reliance.

@JioCare I have recharged 10 rs if pack and I got 1gb voucher for it but when I try to redeem it is saying I don't have valid plan to redeem voucher what's that mean I am on 499 plan, and also can I cant talk to customer care or everytime I have to contact here in twitter

@reliancejio @JioCare The quality of video on the JioTV app is not very clear even after setting the quality to high. No issue with network but the picture quality is not good even for HD channels. It's all pixelated. Please fix it. All HD channels problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio I was facing issue of jio fiber and contacted customer care today. Call goes around 30 minutes. The behaviour of kunal kumar the customer care executive is the worst. Can you please look into it or else I will have to escalate it to higher authority.

@reliancejio is the best network I must say, Whatsapp messages takes only half an hour to be delivered.. and getting a call through is so much fun sometimes as we order snacks before the call and the snacks arrive before the call gets through.. Sancoale,Goa badly needs a tower.
