In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?
