    @JioCare @reliancejio I visited Reliance store Ravhuvanahalli, Bangalore, to get a new SIM as the calls were breaking. The store guy suggested the same but he said the server is down. I faced similar situation here before. If that is so, how would you serve customers?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Just subscribed for a new connection of jio today but even after submitting all docs personally got a message saying document mismatch. Now unable to connect to jio care. This really sucks.

    @JioCare I am twitting because I haven't got any solution for the delay in installing my new jio fiber connection. It's been a month and they still saying technical issues and will be resolving soon. When can I get an update. It's so frustrating when you don't get an answer.

    @airtelindia Airtel is struggling to provide us full bar signal on or above 20th floor.@reliancejio @vodafonein1 will you be able to provide good network to high raise apartments. FYI you can get hundreds of customers ported if you want.

    @JioCare i have been trying to raise a service request from jio app and chat bot, but there is no support there. Plus the mail support is also showing no interest. Please try to provide better fiber service in pandemic.

    @reliancejio I recently ported 2 numbers from from @vodafonein1 to your network and regret doing so! One of the number had outgoing/incoming bared and you take 48hrs to resolve this issue ?? @reliancejio listening!?

    @JioCare I believe dis customer care is so incapable, once you file complaint of network, call drop they start harassing for details like our address which they will know from our address, which calls dropped, when I say all calls. This Ambani also started confusing.Time to exit.

    @JioCare I just had the most horrible experience at My Jio Store. God, the attitude and the arrogance! The guy literally pushing people out and the violent argument. I was there to get a sim, not a self respect degradation.

    @JioCare Tell here so that everyone gets to know whats the right option to raise service request. In your automatic chat and whtasapp chat we keep getting message saying “our advisors are occupied at the moment due to unusually high chat traffic. Request you to try again after some time

    @JioCare My internet is disconnecting 9-10 times a day. No resolution at all. Even they have disabled creation of new service request. I gave feedback that my problem has not been fixed, but they didn't even bother to look.

    Had the worst experience With Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Just switched from YouBroadband to Jio fibre.Took a plan of 150 Mbps with jio tv After installation the speed comes at 47-50Mbps.9n enquiring they say , 150 will come only with a 5g device. Lack of informing the Customers

    @JioCare I'm ready to wait but give me problem resolution date. I have been hearing the same message from Jio for past several days with no resolution. Really frustrated with Jio network. Only adding new customers is not a business, it is also to give service to existing customers.
