    Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago JioFiber issue pending for days. Missed engineer visits, now pushed to 17 June. I have suffered work-related losses, yet no commitment on compensation or full refund. Customers should not pay for prolonged service failures.

    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare JioFiber 1135560382 faced repeated outages for over a month, including 3 disruptions in 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, visits are missed,only temporary fixes provided.Several users on same junction boxare affected. Kindly ensure permanent resolution.

    @JioCare I received a recharge offer call from 79-84903309. After I asked the executive to proceed if the offer was valid, I received the response: "Hamna kai kai bolai jase." Such language is unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer service representative. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your technician says my AirFiber speed is low because there is no strong 5G tower near my home. If that's true, why was the connection installed in the first place without verifying signal quality? Customers shouldn't be sold a service that cannot deliver the promised speeds
