@JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

@JioCare shameless company, Mysore to Bangalore train journey no data unfortunately paid for full year pre paid charges, can't change over also. fooling public vy claiming free data, whereas 90% of time data doesn't work. Even BSNL is better

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I am totally fed up of your services and your customer care people. I took jioSTB connection on 27 nov 2022 from the same day it was not working i logged too many complaints to get it replaced but getting only one answer wait for 24 hours.

@JioCare Lol it’s not true u do not understand. Funny story here is called your team 1800 889 9999 they said issue resolved. But still nothing works. It’s 8 days now. I hv 4 other connections I will change all of them to ACT let me know if u cannot resolve it.

Absolutely worst service by @reliancejio. Called @JioCare to register a complaint for poor network, call automatically disconnected when I selected to speak with representative. Registering complaint through website or app didn't solve issues either.
