My Jio fi number was terminated as I did not recharge for three months. But it let me recharge under Jio fi. Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio

@JioCare Super network operator Jio. Even to recharge for prepaid connection I failed to do it after 8-10 tries. Wonderful network. A most bloodiest network is Jio. My foot to your network. Your Jio is a bogus and fraud company cheating customers with govt permission. Shut Jio

@reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

@kumariika @JioCare Jio relocation can be a headache.We installed BSNL phone in 1992,subsequently went for broadband & now using fiber service.Earlier disconnecting but after request,they lowered down the power from exchange,no problem,occasional minor disconnection.Paying Rs 707 month,happy with it
