    @pkhammu2005 @JioCare @ACTFibernet Don't go with JIO.... They are worst service provider ever. There network always disconnect or network slowness. Broadcast not for them where no proper support.

    @JioCare before I could start using jio my experience with the jio store from where I got the sim is pathetic. Secondly sim is not activated and it’s already been more than 24 hrs. Hope you can increase your customer service level.

    @AxisBankSupport @AxisBank Hello team, I am not getting OTP while using Net banking and mobile app of Axis, also checked @reliancejio they said it is from bank issue as Axis told it is issue from Jio. I need the otp asap it’s urgent for me

    @reliancejio @JioCare the problem is not resolved yet. there is no network not even calls for most part of the day in my area. please provide a resolution how many days we have to tolerate this kind of downtime.

    @JioCare Sir we have made payment refund also credited through all your payment modes payment not possible by any means please reactivate account if you are understanding problem if not ask Mukesh ambani to solve problem

    @rsprasad sir, congratulations on becoming Ut minister again my request to you please do not @JioCare jio expand further till they give better connectivity. I live in silicon valley of India. I am not able to login to IRC app, then imagine their connectivity.

    @JioCare I am facing this issue of low coverage and also myJio app is not updating the recharge which was done. I am unable to use internet properly. Plz look into it.

    @RelianceMobile my wife was not able to port her old number during shut down of reliance n took a new sim @reliancejio @JioCare n today she is facing issues in changing number with PF account etc. Could u pls help if thr is a way to reactivate this number with some other operator

    The speeds you guys provide are really good. The only problem I'm having right now is that, in my home area, speeds are extremely low, even outdoors. Maybe some issue with towers near my home, I guess. My area pincode is 560060. Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare , For the lack of better words im having pathetic experience with you guys....despite registring mulitiple complaints, all i got is ignorance..I get 0 network in my home and slow network anywhere other than home. Whereas earlier i used to 4g net everywhere!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please check whats happening on the Jio Number +91 6369-365269 This has got a full recharge but unable to use it. Rather than unable to use the data. Its more unable to reach jio customer care for JioFi’s

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio 7 days before the recharge expire, you call and request us to recharge but what about speed?? It may be good when the internet is slow but here it's completely not working. Such an irresponsible attitude towards customer? I m switching. 🙏
