    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    Recently I had a very horrendous service from Jio, agent was Anjali. She misguided me, just to get promoters. Manuaverly she forced me to go out for store visit to get the sim, which was not supposed to be delivered as it was already allotted to somebody. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Harsh, opening a ticket every time does not do anything. My so many office colleagues are switching to @airtelindia . For me, 4-5 tickets are already opened. Still no satisfactory resolution. You don't the back story
