    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia both sucks. None of them support their prepaid sims in apple watch cellular model. Hav to wait 3 months now to shift to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently.
