@JioCare @reliancejio Facing a lot of connectivity issues off lately. I'm not getting proper range at my location. Called customer service all I get to hear is that Jio is improving the service day by day and I'll get proper network. Requesting immediate attention to this.

@reliancejio @JioCare You guys don’t even respond to DM . Any issues with Netflix to stream on your network, Mobile of Jio data is not supporting. Poor service and least expected. In terms of service @Airtel_Presence is better .

@JioCare I am following up since 5 years and you are telling the same. Neither yo are compensation me with discounted plans. If you cannot deliver me the service's then give me a custom plan without Data. Your data connection is unusable for me.
