None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan.
