    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    They ask DM your registered number since last 3 days I DM them number after that no response again next day same question DM your number.. Sales person also not reschedule call @JioCare not willing to solve customer issue. Just showing they are trying to solve but actually no any

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @kasaudhanji99 @JioCare @reliancejio This is the reason I stopped recharging via GPay. Sometimes this issue will happen, you will get refund from GPay. Anyways, always use mobile operator app for recharging. And huge money transfer always use respective bank app.

    @JioCare Dear JioCare, You have crossed all limits of poor customer service. For the last one month, I have raised complaints through the app, made several calls, tweeted multiple times, and even tried contacting your representative Tejas. Either the calls are not answered, or every complaint is closed automatically with a false update saying it has been resolved. No one has actually contacted me or visited my premises. After every tweet, I receive the same standard template: “We understand your concern.” “Rest assured, your issue will be resolved soon.” Please stop sending these copied-and-pasted replies. They have no value after one month of inaction. My issue is extremely simple. Your set-top box has been blocked. It only needs to be replaced with a new one and installed. If Jio is capable of doing this, then give me a definite date and time. If you are not capable of doing it, then say so clearly. At least tell me where I can obtain a new set-top box myself, and I will arrange it. Your engineer can come later for installation and activation. Keeping a customer waiting for over a month with repetitive assurances and no action is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Please stop treating customers this way. I expect a clear and honest response with a concrete solution—not another standard message saying, “Rest assured, we are working on your concern.” Shivaanand Chand ( 9892078122 )

    @JioCare This has been close to 4weeks. There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I recently ported my SIM to Jio after seeing so many ads for Gemini Pro. But your network is terrible. I'm not even getting 4G. You can't even provide reliable internet in a Tier 1 city like Chennai, & NIRF #1 campus, IIT Madras. Pathetic experience

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with JioFiber. My Wi‑Fi issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. I booked an engineer visit for 6–7 PM, but he called to say he was busy and couldn’t attend. Please disconnect my connection and arrange router pickup.
