The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

Router is NOT assigning IPv4 (getting 169.254 IP even on LAN), DHCP is failing, most websites and apps like Steam don’t work. Only YouTube runs (IPv6) This is clearly a backend or router fault.
