    @JioCare @reliancejio I think there is slow internet issue in my area. It's taking 4-5 manual reload to load a page. Please help me. In the world of 4G I'm getting speed of 2G.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day 21 😞As assured by jio customer care that the service will be better with in20 days. So here I am raising the issue again on 21st day. I will continue to raise this till my plan expires dat is 84 days Or the service improved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey! Even after recharging my prepaid number with 448/- I'm not able to make calls to Tollfree numbers. Any help would be appreciated. I was able to make calls on Tollfree number before Porting, when I was using @reliancejio #Airtel #DoubleStandards

    @TikonaTIL It's been 2 days since the Tikona internet worked here in Whitefield Bengaluru. Worst service I have ever experienced. With no @airtelindia and @reliancejio network in this place, no Wi-Fi makes it the worst place for IT.

    @JioCare I am pretty impressed and happy that jio came in to the industry and made data available for all but when it comes to taking feedback on issues faced by few in a area the customer care doesn't bother . Ex pallavi from jio Twitter team. I provided a feedback about network

    3 months completes on 15th of this month by opting @reliancejio, fed up with @JioCare of its #crap services of data speed and network, @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence call approach provided if they provide better services to the below said location.

    @JioCare AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY ON DM. Device is not getting Connected to internet. Not detecting the remote. JioTV app keeps crashing. Amazon prime also not working and I am not getting any resolution for last 5 days. Very poor service

    so a frustrated consumer now tries the new tool #consumerhelpline lets see if it works or not. I have registered a complaint against them. Even send a mail informing the grievance no. and other details. let see how @JioCare responds.

    a week had passed: still, Jio Stores and @JioCare have the same reply: we are looking at it on first priority. I don't know how much time Jio Customer care wants to talk to its own employee. i don't see they are willing to help. 1/2
