Hi Zac I guess there is no point in saying Connected Car tech as my #Kushaq I am always having trouble with the #MySkodaConnect app which doesn’t track the car. I have faced this challenge often and the Jio connect lost the connectivity often cc @Zac_Hollis_ @SkodaIndia @JioCare

@JioCare Please note my Jio fixed number +918079612514 which was alloted to me and my current cell phone is number is 8105568280. I had paid 2500 rs as security deposit but I have only received 1500. Kindly help to get full amount as I am not able to reach out to customer care.

Terrible customer service from @reliancejio @JioCare Internet has been down for 48 hours now. Multiple calls to customer care, no executive has come home yet to fix the issue. This is highly unacceptable.

@JioCare I'm not satisfied with your service. Not able to reach customer care directly, it took long time to reach via IVRS. For booking complaint do i need to follow 6-7 steps / stages in IVRS. Also problem is not addressed / solved with in 24 hrs as mentioned.
