    @JioCare Terrible network today. Calls are getting dropped & most of the times not getting connected. Facing this issue in 5-6 Areas in bangalore from past 5-6 days. Kindly buck up or do i need to change the Network.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani Looks like you have lots of important things to do other than your customer issues . Crap service and equally crap call center. All teams hiding behind process instead of finding solutions.

    I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

    @amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber but the connection is down. Talked to the local engineer- he directed to call IVRS. IVRS doesn’t give an option to book a complaint. Kindly help.

    @JioCare All the details are already shared. Please work on that. U always ask for details but not give any solution. U always have some excuses for the issue. If u don’t have solution please ask customer to port to other operators.

    I am facing internet issue sometimes. I need to switch Apns in jio sim to get the network. Even, I can't attend zoom meetings due to it as it stuck in between. Earlier, I never faced that much issue. Sort it out. @JioCare
