But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.
