But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare @JioCare The speed gets worse throughout the day: 6–9 AM ~15 Mbps, 10 AM–2 PM ~7 Mbps, 2–6 PM only 3–5 Mbps, and evenings 400 Kbps–3.5 Mbps on my 30 Mbps plan. This clearly looks like a peak-hour/network capacity issue. Please FIX it permanently.
