    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    Applied for JioFiber on 30 April and paid ₹2221.46. Application got cancelled instantly, refund promised within 10 days, but still no refund or clarity despite multiple calls & emails. Application No: NO0001D66ZNC. Really disappointed with Jio service.@jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare it's been 15 days. The sales guy got his commission & is not responding. The installation guy is not responding. Me, the customer got nothing & am following up for my money. You keep giving template replies each time. How is this fair? Not 1 call from your end. Not 1 proper reply.
