    @JioCare @TRAI jio doesnt understand the meaning of "complaints" .. Work from home is very difficult in this difficult time and on that your network breaks,most of the time goes to no coverage and not getting incoming calls or out going calls & i just ported to jio of a family

    @JioCare I am using jiofiber, my amazon prime discontinued in middle. I have eligibal plan. But can't activate back. Your customer care call disconnecting every time in middle. Please help #JioFiber #AmazonPrime

    @JioCare is #cheating, it says amazon prime will be available for 999 package. But for me its asking to purchase. When I call to customer care they say you don't have amazon prime pack you need to purchase. @MukeshAmbanima #cheaters customer support works like robot

    @JioCare @reliancejio after 3 attempts i was finally able to get a ticket raised for my JioFiber Speed and packet drop issue. Attempt 1. CALL Attempt 2. Watsapp Attempt 3. Live chat Hoping to get this issue fixed now.

    @JioCare is it necessary to send 30 messages a day and play voice alerts before every single call to remind expiration of pack? If we want we your service will pay. What is your problem?

    Again facing same broadband problem.... Phone line is dead, Airtel app is showing no problem diagnosed.... Don't understand how much more low can Airtel service go? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio Hi Jio, Today I walked into a Jio Showroom to take a new SIM. To my shock, Aadhar card physical copy was requested. In today's scenario, I fail to understand why Aadhar digital copy show through mAadhar app or Digilocker is not being accepted.

    @JioCare Jio fibre service available at #RamanashreeCaliforniaGardens layout. Yelahanka?? Many customers interested to get Jio service in this area as #BSNL service is very poor.
