    Otherwise I will only give you a solution, please revert my porting request so that I will port to @Idea or @vodafone or another @reliancejio, I don't understand the work that your technical team does, do not invest more money in advertising, put some on skilled workers.

    @JioCare I realize the problem is with the local service engineer guys. They are changing and re-changing the scheduled appointments according to their own whims and fancies. The customer is at their mercy. Please arrange somebody today at the scheduled time as discussed yest. Fed up.
