    @JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

    @JioCare I have not received my jio fibre refund for the last 25 days. I have called jio fibre multiple times for this issue. Everytime I call, they disconnect when I talk about the complainant. This is absolutely pathetic. I wasn't even shouting at the customer rep. Poor support

    @arunkumarhegde @DoT_India @JioCare Even after requesting for disconnection your team is hellbent on repairing it😳.. Not accepted... I want this to b connected immediately n pay my money back.. Ur customer care is not taking disconnection request.

    @JioCare As expected yesterday scheduled device pickup was not done(failed commitment 6th time) and today new service request created new timeline of 2week “Your service request number is SR000016QAVK. You will receive an update by 04/10/2021 14:05” Lets see @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

    @DoT_India @JioCare I want to bring to your notice that Jio Fiber r sending me false messages informing me that they have addressed the issues.. Also getting pre recorded calls every one hour.. Somehow they do not want to cancel my connection and forfeit the deposit paid.. This is loot

    @reliancejio very poor experience. Customer care ask me to submit the device to the store location and the store folks say they can't collet it. new excuse to not refund the amount

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani after long follow up on multiple channels. device pickup done last week now no update on refund(Approx 7800/-). It has been more than month have canceled fiber. all these started with false commitment/bad service on internet availability. Please advise
