I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Yogi (@Yogendra14) reported@JioCare raised request to upgrade JioFiber to ott, received old/dusted stb, refused the stb installation but my plan is still activated with no resolution of getting proper STB. Either provide better stb or cancel new plan and revert back to old one if you're unable to service.
