    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @JioCare I have done both the things and still have not received any invite even though my phone hardware and software both supports 5G and my area is enabled for 5G as well. Please help

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    They ask DM your registered number since last 3 days I DM them number after that no response again next day same question DM your number.. Sales person also not reschedule call @JioCare not willing to solve customer issue. Just showing they are trying to solve but actually no any

    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Diagnostics done. All devices fail. LED: Solid Green. Past SR000031CACD tech confirmed router needs replacement. Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.
