Heavy network connectivity issues, sometimes we have to stand infront of a shop for 30 minutes only for 20 rupees payment, network speed is 1 kb/ps now .. Disappointed with this terrific services from Team Jio.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

@reliancejio @JioCare the service for broadband in this area (prakruthi layout HBR Layout 5th block)of Bangalore is pathetic, been calling service engineer no response following up since 2 days they say will that fix in 30 mins but they keep pushing the time and don't turn up

@JioMart_Support @reliancejio more thn 4000+ people are using Jio network in the our society and we don't evn get one single bar of network.Can't hear anything properly. It's Bangalore and in our whole society we feel like we am sitting in one remote village bec of no network!!

Hi Zac I guess there is no point in saying Connected Car tech as my #Kushaq I am always having trouble with the #MySkodaConnect app which doesn’t track the car. I have faced this challenge often and the Jio connect lost the connectivity often cc @Zac_Hollis_ @SkodaIndia @JioCare

@JioCare my service request SR000015PHGH is closed without resolving it. I did a recharge of 1178 yesterday and still unable to use the services. This is some fault at your site so should be resolved in the given time frame also the credit days of unused services to the plan.
