    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    Since 29th Dec we are struggling to get our connectivity issue resolved by you but none of your request engineer is visiting and everytime whenever we are contacting customer support they are asking us to wait. Service number-SR00001GGWBA We want refund . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    I'm so frustrated with @JioCare! 😤 I was promised a 100 Mbps plan and paid for it, but they only activated 30 Mbps. Now I can't reach anyone, and customer service is completely unhelpful. This is totally unacceptable! 😡 Please resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Dont buy #JioFiber, I paid on April 25th and they didn't install till now raised refund request on May 6th after waiting for 11 days and even today till 16th May they have not refunded and just copy paste the same terms like soon, asap, earliest. Very poor service &not reliable

    I am tired of telling the problem, I had recharged the @JioCare unlimited 5G net for three months, and got 4G and that too as soon as the 2GB data was exhausted, the net shut down. Thanks for providing such a nonsense service.
