I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?
