    @JioCare Hi, I'm from Bangalore & My JIO Number is 9113840848 Network issue not Even single poin in mobile, indoor outdoor both & no voice no data working, please solve this issue as soon as possible, because many of JIO User's are PORTING there Sim cards to Airtel ❗

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI There is no customer satisfaction but only business as I can not use the recharge or the amount will not be refunded.

    @idea_cares @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @JioCare Yday & 2day when called IDEA CC for no Incoming calls & SMS they have deactivated my Outgoing too & sent a mail that my issue is resolved.Should I do MNP as it is converting to the British phone co VODA& may be this is how they treat

    @RelianceJioCare @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I have accidentally recharged 153 instead of 151 on my non jio phone and I called customer care and appellate for assistance and call centre. They mentioned no reversal or change of plan.

    @JioCare internet on my connection is very very slow, almost non existent speed. I tried troubleshooting also, no use. Unable to connect to customer support either. Plz look into it. I have DMed my number

    @reliancejio Its hard to reach your customer care and your Jio App has crashed already. @ashumadan4 You are right, on practical grounds Airtel is still best. Seems Mukesh bhai will do same with shareholder funds like Anil😝

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged a jio phone recharge for my smartphone. I don't have additional money to do a fresh recharge for smart phone. Can you please change this to smart phone reacharge so I can pay the difference and use the service again. Plz Plz plz help

    The ‘live chat’ feature of all service providers are as f*ucked up as their network & service. Of no use at any given time of day. When can we see a better service providers & inproved service sectors @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet

    @JioCare awful customer support 8 days and my jiofiber issue is yet not resolved irresponsible jio customer care highly disappointed with jio services... Better to switch over to other network never going to recommend anyone to buy jio again awful experience

    @airtelindia everyone who's using airtel please switch over to other network because airtel once again cheated us by removing live TV channels from xtreme app and only limited HT available in wynk app. @reliancejio I will be porting to jio and will never look back at cheaters.

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio Facing issues of slow speed since 3 weeks. Opened numerous tickets yet no luck. I keep on opening ticket and they keep on resolving. Even higher mgmt is not interested. SR0000155D0A31 & SR0000WXHYPQ are just two of so many opened. Can you plz help.
