    @reliancejio @JioCare please stop fooling. Without even checking with me I get malessage from your customer care that as checked with you .. your issue is resolved. Is this what Jio is doing business by fooling us and providing pathetic support and service.

    @JioCare Previous I send sir and Jio customer care phoned me and assure about this but today I feel very bad about Jio condition in Bangalore I don't even download 100kb file in open area. I know Jio provide nice service in other states but what happens to Jio here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your network is horrible. Voice call keep dropping or can't make or receive calls. Instead of resolving the problem I am been constantly asked the information again and again about location. If you can't fix issue please let me know and I will opt out of Jio

    Finally bye bye @reliancejio @JioCare ur service has been pathetic. Switching to @Airtel_Presence for good. Atleast they hav a dedicated customer care call center unlike ur shitty chat bot

    @JioCare @reliancejio got a response from their cust care that there is no sufficient network in this area in Bangalore. No timeline and I am hearing this from past 3 months. How do you claim yourself best network spread across. Your network doesn't work in almost all areas. 😡

    @DoT_India Thank you so much for helping me. @JioCare is looted me from last 2 months I was following up. I didn't not use the internet due speed issue I raises complaint on 10 Jan post cancellation the account they charged 400rs and not providing the calculation on what basis charged.

    @JioCare So do you expect me to go on finding favorable locations and then do my work from those locations? I am observing this issue since last 4-5 days. Due to this issue, I have done a recharge for 20 days only. In case there is no visible improvement, I will port to other provider.
