    @JioCare I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion but it is not reflecting in MyJio app and my bills are getting accrued everyday. I have also paid 543(99 prime + 444 pack) at Manavalanagar Jio Customer care office for prepaid plan. Please help with this.

    And have a doubt that, when you system is ideal and kept aside unused data connection sleeps, as soon as you pickup data connects and you receive all notification all at once which leads to battery power down by @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio since 4 days there is problem in jio cellular network in vasai area... We are not able to receive incoming calls.. when somecalls, they hear that we are out of network area, however we can make calls... What's the issue?

    @ManshulBansal I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @SnrPareek @reliancejio @airtelindia Yup. The way they’re hiking up prices in the name of validity is worse. 79rs for 64 Talktime ??? That’s the minimum pack. WTF? And you can’t even get calls unless you have a validity? Who makes these rules? In the 21st century where Internet is far more affordable!
