    I also shown my interest in porting to jio 25 days back.. Still no one from your team tried to connect. @afreen_saddam don't try @reliancejio @JioCare they are also same.. As they didn't tried to connect me, i have to brought there prepaid sim and der also issues

    @reliancejio @JioCare Was expecting communication from your end, but you killed all the expectation even before i could try your services. Porting request raised 20 days back still no updates. Pathetic and worst service..

    @JioCare It is fixed as of now. Will contact if it repeats. Either way this was unacceptable! I expect better standards. I never had such issue with any other network before.

    Applied for Jio Fiber on Saturday for Sunday installation and still the installation not being done yet. Most of the service providers either provide it on same day or next day. How do I cancel the service and get refund? Need WiFi for WFH in coming days. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio still I have not got any satisfactory reply from your team. You have the worst after sale service,I recommend everyone not to take jio fiber they are doing connections on wrong poles and afterward they are demanding installation fee again to make it correct.
