I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

He was supposed to be before 8 pm today Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution!
