Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix.
