Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Airtel and all other telecom operators globally do this and the hotspot detection happens at the network level using TTL Values.

The caller already knew my alternate contact number linked to my Jio account and asked about my network experience. This is deeply concerning. I never shared my alternate number with that caller. Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls? If this is how customer data is handled, I'll seriously consider porting my number to another operator. #PrivacyMatters #DataPrivacy
