@JioCare the network in Apoorva Nagar, Manjunath Nagar, Hubli is the worst. The download speed is just 200kbps. I have been complaining to the customer care since 3 years and the issue is not been solved yet. I hope you will resolve this issue because I want to switch back to Jio

This Jio service is truly bad worst ever in Sulla road Hubli K'taka tottaly bad signal and downloading speed is nil. you must take action to improve signal and network quality.coz I'm paid customer and free customer.i made several times complaint on this issue @JioCare

@JioCare One of the worst customer service. No Voice / ability to manage your device for 6 months. Everytime a new Service request will be opened and it will be closed the next day without resolution. No Manager to escalate too.

@JioCare even after scheduling 5 to 6 times for recovery of jio modem till now no engineer picked up . I am not able to get my deposit back. Only attending the calls from various members of the team stating that the engg will visit .hope at least I will get a solution
