I have been complaining to the customer care since 3 years and the issue is not been solved yet. I hope you will resolve this issue because I want to switch back to Jio

My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.
