@JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

@JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

@JioCare We had taken a JIO SIM for Port in to Jio from Vodafone. The Jio personnel told us that after 72 hours, Voda sim will get deactive and then we can insert Jio SIM and tele-verify. It has been 4 days, however my Voda SIM is not getting deactive. Plz help.

@JioCare Yesterday received call by your representative Pankaj and he asked for the location which I shared also, he aligned a person Vikas which said service is available in the location and I will come for KYC in the morning. In the morning I called and ask, he asked for the location.
