None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated.
