    @JioCare @reliancejio from last week or so I'm getting really poor internet speeds. It used to work great but now even a downloding a small file takes ages. Please look into the issue ASAP

    @reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

    And have a doubt that, when you system is ideal and kept aside unused data connection sleeps, as soon as you pickup data connects and you receive all notification all at once which leads to battery power down by @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio our Jio Fiber internet has been down since Monday and no support person is visiting to fix the issue. We have raised multiple complaints from Monday and has had no response whatsoever. We have to work from home and this internet down issue is not helping

    @IAnshulkr @reliancejio Absolutely, network issue and slow data is big problem. They are interested in adding more customers fine tune the network to accommodate new and forgetting old customers and making them suffer.
