    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

    My Jio fi number was terminated as I did not recharge for three months. But it let me recharge under Jio fi. Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio

    @JioCare Super network operator Jio. Even to recharge for prepaid connection I failed to do it after 8-10 tries. Wonderful network. A most bloodiest network is Jio. My foot to your network. Your Jio is a bogus and fraud company cheating customers with govt permission. Shut Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your policies do not refund the customer their money when your app says transaction unsuccessful, yet deduct money and keep it queued. Customer care personnel says policies do not allow refund. Why should I pay for your incompetence ? #FAIL #Jio

    @JioCare Have replied with the requested details. My real concerns is on the tone and the way your mumbai back end team speak and the local lead speak as though they don't trust the customer . I can give you the screen shots of the speed I used to get and it has drastically reduced

    @JioCare The network in my area is very good but I have a problem,my internet does not work when I contact anyone. When I use hotspot and if I get a call then hotspot doesn't work either.I have complained twice but nothing has happened yet. Please resolved it as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio Network not working since midnight due to Credit limit utilized. Payment made within an hour but still services not restored. Call centre first promised restoration in 30 mins; then 4 hours ; then 2 days.
