  Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

  I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

  Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I booked #JioAirFiber on 02 July 2026 (Order ID: NO0001EDMIDA) and paid ₹2,221.46. It's now been 28 days, and my installation is still pending with no proper update or resolution. This delay is unacceptable. Please arrange immediate installation
