    @reliancejio I’m just fed up of your support team for broadband connection. It’s been a week since we have put our application, but it’s still being postponed. It was postponed to today morning 10:00 am,then 6:00 pm & now u postpone it to tomorrow.

    @brjshshrma @reliancejio Bro, OnePlus phones don't support VoWifi on Jio yet. They're gonna have to push an update for it. It only supports Airtel VoWifi now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio outside city call Audio are never clear on Jio network. Within Bangalore calls are fine I'm not able to connect on call well with people outside of the city. Includes jio network outside Bangalore... Please fix this. I am frustrated with this

    @reliancejio Its been 3 months, I have not recieved any refund for my connection which I canceled the very next day Because the engineer that came to fix my router,mislead me and connected a new postpaid connection forcefully, saying prepaid connection which I had, will get discontinued ??

    @JioCare The promised timeline has already passed, you are mentioning installation charges will be refunded 3-4 days after security charges but nothing has been initiated yet. Plz arrange a call back. You can’t keep the customer’s money like this, customer should get refund with interest.

    @reliancejio please do something in our locality the internet speed is too slow that in order to give attendance in online classes we have to go out of the house so that teacher can listen us. Suddenly the network bar got invisible and we disconnect from the class.

    @JioCare @Aayushi94920850 According to JIO if you use their network you should not travel and use the phone at one point only I am experiencing the calls don't go once dialled there is a silence and call don't connect it's useless making a complaint they don't act but they react claiming the phone problem

    @JioCare Yeah. Due to this level of service i need deactivation of my number. Just wait and wait service and no result. Wonder what is taking you so long, if the customer is saying to permanently deactivate the number. Who will pay for that extra bill due to delay at your end?
