Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?
