    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @satheeshrj A similar thing happened to my brother on vacation an incorrect pack got activated. Despite multiple complaints, he was overcharged. He later switched to @reliancejio and hasn’t faced such issues you could consider it too..

    @reliancejio Called back to customer care.. Cc person repeated same escalation story... Then transferred call to senior executive as they say! Who repeated the same story ditto!! Then again one level up transfer but finally they cut the call b4 senior's senior gets connected!

    @JioCare @jio_fiber, please check your records before updating my ticket status. It constantly shows a "Technician Visit" between 11 PM – 12 AM, yet no one arrives. While calling to customer service they are proving it would be resolved within the time. ​Request ID:SR00002KQ0BO

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Received my AirFiber bill. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan & usually pay ~₹1K, but this time I’ve been charged 2053. Support mentioned OTT charges, but I am not using any JioFiber OTT set-top box or OTT services. Please review this incorrect billing and resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare When I spoke with customer care about why the Escalation Request SR000034B1HF shows as completed even though no resolution provided - she told me that request shows as Completed because of Technical issue @reliancejio @JioCare Apne technical issue se mere net theek karvalo
