@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat What is the use of 4G data of 2GB or 5 GB when the network is poor quality signal and not able use it as per standard. Time to quit fraud Jio. Free to monthly plan n to extra charges. Time to throw Jio sim cards.

@reliancejio 2 GB no use , even if it's 3 GB no use. Because of poor data speed in most areas, not even loading google page sometimes is your so called world largest 4G network is a totall mess.

@JioCare hello. Since jio has become the biggest tech company in india I expected better than them failing to restart the jio fiber network in mumbai for 13 hours since the cyclone. I had mtnl which used to work fine even in heavy rain. What's wrong with jio fiber

@reliancejio ported my number with a lot of hope of having good signal. But very disappointed. Too many network issues. Don’t get more than a single or two bars. Forget 4g. Wonder if you have any option in place to better the signal@ else I will have to move to a diff network.
