    @JioCare If you don't service for 5 days, it's a shame for the firm as it's not delivering the promise it's making. It's a real blunder that not even a single response was made in those 5 days. I hope it will be complete by today. It's a SHAM that @reliancejio is doing

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioSucks Jio network has disappeared again from this area! No network coverage is available here since 4 days! Randomly for couple of hours all Jio users alone with me will be facing No incoming call No outgoing call (Zero Network). Please resolve it soon

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is not available in Helios Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka ( 5th , 6th , 7th, 8th Floor ) Where as Airtel , Vodafone network is available in all floors.Please look in to the issue. It's getting difficult to receive or call

    @brjshshrma @reliancejio Bro, OnePlus phones don't support VoWifi on Jio yet. They're gonna have to push an update for it. It only supports Airtel VoWifi now.

    @JioCare @JioCare I shared the details thru DM. It is really frustrating 2 waste my time again and again on sharing these details on a regular basis. Issue occurring once in a while can be manageable, but issues on a daily basis is tortuous & unnecessary time consuming too to reach #jio.

    @JioCare WTF... My STB request is denied by the technician.. He said " Main nahi ayega "Don't u think it's shitty that u made customer to chase for a request and then he waits for a week and the deny it .Take back this internet connection I will switch to @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet

    Interesting thing happened today @reliancejio @JioCare. I was outside Kemp Fort Mall, Bengaluru trying to book a cab. But, Jio Internet was just not working. Tried with my phone, my sis, my mom and dad's phone. But, it was just not working. (1/2)

    @JioCare Your engineers were here & they were not even close to the problem.Your backend team is asking to give call back when problem arise. Signal drops for 40-50 secs 6-8 times in a day. I am pretty sure that crew will not be able address the same. What will you do getting into my shoe

    @JioCare My wifi has not been working since the past 4 days and everyday i am just being told that “The engineer will surely be there in sometime”.But at the end of the day it is the same thing. I have tried customer support services but all they do is place new service requests.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Why my app is not opening sometimes though my data connection is on. Please fix this and call drop is happening more and while sending inbox msgs my connection got cut.. Solve these issues . otherwise i hv to port out to @reliancejio their service is good

    @JioCare installed new Jio Fibre connections just 2 days back and its down since morning. The engg is supposed 2 come 2 check late afternoon. Not so pleased with the service and support.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Team, It's been almost more than a month. My jio connection was cancelled and as per you polocy, the refund should be settle between 7-14 day. But still not settled and I was not getting proper response from your team and very rude. Pls resolve ASAP
