Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

Their DM simply repeated that my 3300 GB quota is exhausted and asked me to buy more data—even though my ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Unlimited.” I’m still working through a mobile hotspot.
