My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare Your network in Bangalore sucks. At multiple places in the city the speedtest results prove that. I have been tweeting for days complaining about it. @DoT_India @TRAI Take note of this My current plan expires on 29 March. That will be the end of Jio for me!

@JioCare @reliancejio got a response from their cust care that there is no sufficient network in this area in Bangalore. No timeline and I am hearing this from past 3 months. How do you claim yourself best network spread across. Your network doesn't work in almost all areas. 😡

@JioCare Installed Jio Fiber, and it's been nothing short of disappointment. It stops working every other day, and despite numerous requests to call a technician, we just keep receiving an SMS which says technician has already arrived, although no one's ever visited. Very poor.
