    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @JioCare hello. Since jio has become the biggest tech company in india I expected better than them failing to restart the jio fiber network in mumbai for 13 hours since the cyclone. I had mtnl which used to work fine even in heavy rain. What's wrong with jio fiber

    @JioCare What's wrong with your Jio Fiber connectivity. From past 1 week every day red light blinks on the router for 10-12 hours. Please provide a permanent solution. The service is getting pathetic.

    @reliancejio ported my number with a lot of hope of having good signal. But very disappointed. Too many network issues. Don’t get more than a single or two bars. Forget 4g. Wonder if you have any option in place to better the signal@ else I will have to move to a diff network.
