  Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

  Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

  Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare Care Really frustrated with JioFiber. I’m paying for 100 Mbps, but getting just 20–35 Mbps. This is happening across multiple devices and is seriously impacting my work as a software engineer. Cloud connections and terminal sessions are constantly affected. I’ve called support multiple times and spoken to 5–10 executives, but nobody is actually resolving the problem. Everyone just repeats, “Your router is healthy.” I didn’t call to hear whether the router is healthy. I called because the service I’m paying for is not working properly. I’ve already wasted around an hour on support calls, including calls being disconnected without a resolution. Please fix this issue, or I’ll discontinue JioFiber.
