I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Router is NOT assigning IPv4 (getting 169.254 IP even on LAN), DHCP is failing, most websites and apps like Steam don’t work. Only YouTube runs (IPv6) This is clearly a backend or router fault. Need urgent fix or replacement.
