    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge β‚Ή240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for β‚Ή240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we paid for a set top box but no one is coming to install. Customer care is rude and does not bother to give update. Keep giving new install dates for which we keep schedule on hold and no one turns up. Very unprofessional @MoitOfficial

    I am writing to lodge an appeal regarding the non-resolution of my JioFiber connection surrender and the pending refund due to me. Background & Context Existing JioFiber Connection: +91-4479698624 New Jio AirFiber Connection: +91-4431730930 Reason for Request: Relocation. Your site engineer confirmed that JioFiber services are unavailable at my new location againstΒ  relocation order no: CO0002ETLB76 Required Resolution : I request your immediate intervention to: 1) Process the formal surrender and disconnection of the JioFiber account (+91-4479698624). 2) Arrange for the collection of the router if not already done. 3) Issue a full refund of my security deposit and unused plan amount, either as a direct bank transfer or as a credit voucher applied to my active AirFiber account (+91-4431730930). @JioCare @reliancejio
