    Terrible customer service from @reliancejio @JioCare Internet has been down for 48 hours now. Multiple calls to customer care, no executive has come home yet to fix the issue. This is highly unacceptable.

    Hi Zac I guess there is no point in saying Connected Car tech as my #Kushaq I am always having trouble with the #MySkodaConnect app which doesn’t track the car. I have faced this challenge often and the Jio connect lost the connectivity often cc @Zac_Hollis_ @SkodaIndia @JioCare

    @JioCare Please note my Jio fixed number +918079612514 which was alloted to me and my current cell phone is number is 8105568280. I had paid 2500 rs as security deposit but I have only received 1500. Kindly help to get full amount as I am not able to reach out to customer care.

    @JioCare Hi Team, I'm facing an issue with My Jio fibre. My wifi plan is 100Mbps. I'm getting a good speed (>92 Mbps) for 5Ghz band. But in 2.4Ghz band, the speed doesn't go beyond 30-35 Mbps. Hence I request you to kindly help me for speed issue in 2.4Ghz band. Thanks
