    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @DeepaBhadula @JioCare I agree. It seems, @JioCare is sending standard, automated responses instead of prioritizing a resolution. Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

    One should not opt for longer tenured subscriptions with Jio fiber as you will not get a refund for cancellation even if the problem is from their side. You are stuck with it until the tenure is over even if you have netwrk connection or not @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioInternet

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I've raised 10+ complaints and made countless calls to customer care. Every time I'm told an engineer visit has been scheduled, yet no engineer ever shows up and the issue remains unresolved. I'm paying for a service that I barely receive. If this isn't resolved immediately.

    @JioCare JioFiber connection has been non-functional since 10.07.2026. Service Request No. SR00002MH8Q8 was raised on 10.07.2026, but no technician has visited and no effective action has been taken. The disruption is causing significant inconvenience.

    Need help from @GoogleIndia and @JioCare. I activated the 18-month Google AI Pro offer through my eligible Jio ₹999 plan. After just 10 days, Google emailed me saying my Google AI Pro plan had ended. However: MyJio still shows my subscription active until 3 Dec 2027.
