  @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

  @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

  Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

  @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

  @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

  Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

  Highly disappointed with @JioCare . I have zero network coverage inside my home—it only works on the terrace! Even 5G speeds have degraded significantly compared to before. Every time I raise a complaint, your support team gives pathetic excuses about 'daily data usage' instead of fixing the actual connectivity issue. I’m paying for service, not for excuses!   @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶
