And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

Never expected this kind of pain. Ur internet speeds might b incredible but your technicians r causing trouble

And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

Despite repeated requests yesterday to have my complaint looked into urgently I am now told that my appointment is most likely at 6pm. Ridiculous service.
