But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

My jio sim data was not working so opened the jio app. It shows there is no active plans, recharge immediately with 899. I recharged and again it was not working, 1/2.
