@JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

Worst worst worst Experience Jio Fiber Net. Agent came and booked connection on May 1st. Installation scheduled on same day evening. Till now no one came 🤨 If I call they, no proper response, @JioCare Cancel my connection immediately and refund money right now.

@aayu596 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
