    This is frequently occurring issue with Airtel. My colleagues with Jio sim are not facing these issues. @JioCare , would be happy to port my number from Airtel to Jio.

    @PunitUp16 @JioCare @reliancejio Facing same issue. When I ask to check, they registered a complain. After some days, they resolved that complain by saying they will take necessary actions to upgrade coverage on area. But don’t know when they will do?

    @airtelindia @JioCare what's happening with both network. Very worst in few days. Since 5G launch is 4G speeds has became worst ever. It's going like 2G speeds. Fix it please.dont make people feel frustrated.

    @reliancejio Who will help it out for me. I applied for a corporate porting from Airtel to JIO. jio sent 1 person and he collected all documents several times,no clarity to that guy. After 1 month status is rejected reason: Mismatch in document.

See, on 11th March, you replied, and today is 19th March, kindly refund my amount of 1200 rs , since december i msg you call uyou but i don't why you ignoring with simply reply we forwaded your concern to team will update you , refund my money which i was paid for relocate, and due to your nonsens technician was processed and due to service unavailablity your engineerd denied and cancelled , i heared reund will be initiaite within 7 days after cancellations , but here you all maming excuses and fake commitment after that you all are silent , if i not reply i never expect msg from your end, but you all are cheater for 1200 you making me fool last 4 month,

    @reliancejio There is a Jio tower located near my home, but it does not pick up a 5G signal, and even the 4G network runs very slowly. Therefore, I would like it to be upgraded to 5G and made operational on the 5G network. So, I request that this tower be upgraded to 5G; please.@reliancejio
